  need some help plz!

  hi everyone i am doing a reaerch report on jehovahs witness and i am a bit stuck on some things.

  if you guys could help me it would be much appreciated.. .

  1. religiouos rituals and customs.. 2.books and writings used by the religion.. 3. countries the religion is practiced in.. 4. what happens after death(belief).

  Is the Watchtower Society strong enough to win this war with the internet?

  could it be that the wts actually thinks it can win this war?

  i mean, they are forcing sites to close down, suing the people that run them etc.

  i wonder if this is the way they want to "handle" the internet problem.

  The answer is yes and no. The WT THREATENED Kent's ISP. So the ISP raised their hosting rates so high that Kent felt he had no other option but to shut it down.

  What Happened to the Downloaded Info from Kents Site?

  Paragraphs - just do it

  i am not being picky or having a go at anyone.. i love this site.....it is my distraction at the end of the day and there are so many wise comments that i love to think about.. but too many of you compose posts with huge paragraphs.

  it's like opening the page of a 'phone book.. when i see such a post, i know it is going to be too hard for me to find the place on the screen if i am distracted..........so i don't even bother to read it.. if you want someone to read what you are writing, make it easy for them.

  otherwise the potential reader's eyes will glaze over when they see a humungous "telephone page" and they will skip on to something easier to read.. i know that i do.. when you have a new thought, start a new paragraph.

  I use an old 3.4 netscape browser on my old 'puter.
  
  In the lower right corner there is a little box:
  
  Automatic Cr/Lf
  
  This needs to be checked in order to make paragraphs.
  
  The down side is that it puts in exta spaces.

  It's really too bad that Kent lost interest in keeping his site open. Because if he would have had the interest, he would have moved it to a server where the WTS could not have won. He was such a fighter in the early days of the site!

  Watchtower Observer site goes down

  hey folks,.

  an era in the ex-jw history is over.

  kent steinhaug's site http://watchtower.observer.org is being shut down.. it was the first of it's kind, and to this day probably still the largest anti wt site on the net.
