4 years from now is the perfect time period. It is close enough out that the end is still iminent, but far enough out that you don't have to be accountable for your prediction.

Your parents are at what should be their peak earning period of their life. You may not want to accept this, but this is your problem.
You need to sit with them, make a budget and get them to understand the dilemma they are in.

I typed "Is Anthony Morris III gay?" into Google. Many many interesting hits. While he may not be gay, he certainly has touched a nerve with his tight pants comment.
