  so the official program is out but does anyone have access to the actual outlines for the assembly this year in english and/or spanish?.

  maybe the gb are clamping down on their "high-up" leaks within the organisation and the circuit overseers making these available have been kicked or had to no longer leak material for fear of getting themselves discovered by the wt gestapo..

  what splain does in his talk and chart illustration is make the leap that a generation can have two groups.

  and in this case the two groups span more than 108 years.

  but no where in scripture is there ever a notion that a generation has two groups.

  Of course, it does not make any sense. Most of the R&F have no idea what it means, let alone, actually willing to defend or explain.

  That is the genius of this new light. Trying to make sense creates no value. And if they need to adjust the meaning in 10 or 15 years, all will be forgotten.

  it appears that the borg has some financial issues and i would think they are related to the hush money being paid out for the child molestation lawsuits to protect the guilty cult members and the fine untarnished reputation of the jdubs.. we have seen how much the borg refers to the hebrew scriptures for their guiding principles whenever it suits the borg's needs.

  tithing certainly is laced throughout the old testament.

  under the mosaic law, there were three tithes.

  There is no way tithing will be successful. Most of the R&F have no intention of contributing. This is a critical flaw of their strategy to not allow education.

  Why would you think that they are going bust? Even if they have a negative operating cash flow, they are far from going bust. Think about all the assets they have. It is simply a matter of shifting cash from the sale of assets to operate.

  How soon is soon?

  i guess if the jdubs have no clue how long a generation is they also wouldn't know how long a time period the word "soon" refers too.. 60 years ago my mother would hammer into my brain how soon the great tribulation was.

  soon jehovah would destroy the wicked.

  then a few years later there was no need to go to college because the end was so soon.

  Soon is very near, just around the corner. I was not supposed to graduate high school in 1975 because the end was so very near, just around the corner. Now, my 61st birthday is soon, very near, just around the corner.

  i was sat in the assembly hall yesterday, wondering how many pimo ones like me there was there.

  or even if they don't know ttatt still don't believe it for whatever reason.. i think there must be more of (us) there than we all realise.

  i mean, brothers reaching out is at an all time low, information via the internet is at an all time high and the preaching work has now become a motionless, speechless babysitting of a book shelf advertising a website as someone here pointed out!.

  How were you 'outed' ??

  many of us here have been "outed" as ones who no longer believe that this is "the truth".. many didn't have the chance to do it in our own way, and in our own time, but rather someone "found out about our apostasy" and "reported" it to the spiritual police (elders).

  I never had an outing experience. I moved to different congregations several times. In the end, I was a nobody. There is never any effort to expose a nobody. I kinda feel cheated.
