Kingdom Halls will be the thing of the past.. Conventions (mini assembly halls will still be going on) but will charge for attending and parking and always a donation. Elders will play a much smaller role since CSA. Cart preaching will replace Door to Door. Number of Pimi's will continue to shrink.

why are we interested in what is going on in the JW
by enoughisenough infor the most of us, we have left the jws...and even though we are no longer jw, many of us are still interested in their beliefs, doctrines and practices as currently practiced.
i was trying to sort out in my mind why i still care about what they are doing.
i think the answer to that is a hope that something will develop in the jws that will wake up a lot of others, and selfishly, a lot of my friends.

Jwism was forced on to me most of my youthful life. I have been judged by self-righteous, arrogant people for years. Always in my business. Watching the failed things of Watchtower is not only eye oopening but laughable to those self-righteous azzclowns, all of them. Really makes them look bad. Watching them panic is entertaining.

Longhairgal- In Jwland, when your dad is an elder and your family is "on top of the food chain" to sort of speak, you have no privacy at all. It was until We moved Italy, that Our thinking changed. Dad was a CEO of Compny and could nolonger do elder stuff. And the Jw's overall unsettled us.

Stress of Going to a Summer Convention
by LostintheFog1999 inspotted this picture on a friend's page, he was highlighting the mental health issue.
however,we thought the magazine on stress was deliberately placed in the summer months because for any jw going to a convention, paying high season hotel rates for themselves or their whole family to stay near the convention centre, fighting coworkers and managers to get the time off work, travelling expenses, buying their own meals for the family, buying new shiny suits and dresses to impress (particularly if you have teenage girls who are looking for their prince), and more.... by the time they come home again and straight away back to work, their nerves will be so frazzled that their stress levels will have sky rocketed!.
as brother elder says to them, "don't worry.

When I would go to a Con-venting I too would stay at a motel that was not on their list. Usually ggot a better rate. What they wanted you to wear your badges in public even after the convention for the day was over. Talking about looking like a big Dork. I'll wear their badge for their conventions to get in. But not when after hours.

I had a Job where I would Inspect building for insurance reasons. Many of the clients where churches. I got counseled on this matter by the elders. The firm that I work for controls what I inspect, I have no control of this. The elders Told me to quit that job. I asked them if they would pay my mortgage and car payment since u want me to quit this job? I never quit and they stopped bothering me after that.

Any mental help from Watchtower would be: " pray More, Read all the publications , attend all the meetings, and field service. Forget Professional Help! We Know What's Good For is to Do More For Us!

Bad Advice from The Org is not going good for the super righteous who looked down on college and good jobs for serving an Organization instead. They should go to Watchtower for help not their fellow brothers. See how that pans out!?!

Underage child: PIMI vs PIMO parents rights
by psyco ini am a pimo, inactive, parent of an underage child.
i was wondering what rights i have in regards to avoid that my child will be baptized when still underage, not having read the entire bible and before being able to clearly evaluate all the alternatives and consequences (like it happened to me) whereas the other pimi parent has all the rights to do it.
any experiences about children in a pimi vs pimo parents situation?

I maybe legally bind to the Org, but not really. Who would want someone telling the truth about something so bad.
