The false prophet Watchtower organization has done nothing but judge and cast out "weeds" right after every failed prediction. The wheat and weeds are NOT allowed to grow together. The "weeds" are judged and uprooted and cast out ripping families apart and damaging the "wheat."

I just don't understand this, what am I missing???
by Greybeard inas i am watching this video about changes at bethel, the speaker said, "aren't we glad the faithful and discrete slave continues to make adjustments when necessary.
what about this change?
"finally, we examined why jesus’ arrival to appoint the faithful slave over all his belongings did not occur in 1919 but will take place during the great tribulation" that is from this online watchtower article last paragraph: https://www.jw.org/en/publications/magazines/w20130715/jesus-prophecy-last-days/ .

Thank you Faye, you are right :)
Moses had miracles what do the leaders of this organization have besides countless failed predictions and the fact they are known world wide for traversing land and sea shutting up the door to heaven in mens faces? Be Jehovah's Witnesses, not Witnesses of Jesus.
Matthew 23:1-15, " Then Jesus spoke to the crowds and to his disciples, saying: “The scribes and the Pharisees have seated themselves in the seat of Moses. Therefore, all the things they tell you, do and observe, but do not do according to their deeds, for they say but they do not practice what they say. They bind up heavy loads and put them on the shoulders of men, but they themselves are not willing to budge them with their finger. All the works they do, they do to be seen by men, for they broaden the scripture-containing cases that they wear as safeguards* and lengthen the fringes of their garments. They like the most prominent place at evening meals and the front* seats in the synagogues and the greetings in the marketplaces and to be called Rabbi* by men. But you, do not you be called Rabbi, for one is your Teacher, and all of you are brothers. Moreover, do not call anyone your father on earth, for one is your Father, the heavenly One. Neither be called leaders, for your Leader is one, the Christ. But the greatest one among you must be your minister. Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted.
13 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because you shut up the Kingdom of the heavens before men; for you yourselves do not go in, neither do you permit those on their way in to go in. “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because you travel over sea and dry land to make one proselyte,* and when he becomes one, you make him a subject for Ge·henʹna* twice as much so as yourselves." Its nice to hear you are feeling better today. You said, "If elders come to me im going to refuse a discussion "i dont talk about religion". They cant get me for that (i downloaded and read Shepherd The Flock Of God and know their rules)."
Refusing a discussion with them is the smartest thing to do. If you say "I don't talk about religion" you have started the game and now it is their turn. I know what they will say to that and so do you. It is a game, the only way to beat them at it is avoid them and be as nice as possible about it. I know, I did it the hard way. If I were you and they came to me and I felt trapped. I would focus the game on them. Hey, nice to see you! How have you been? How is your family? Everything all right? How is sister so and so? Me? I'm doing great, I just can't keep up sometimes, you know how it is. Try not to give them a turn focusing on you. Thank them for being concerned about you and then stare them in the face and say, I am doing just fine. Hey, I got to go, nice seeing you! Always stare them in the eyes when you talk and do not look away. Make them look away, watch their eyes. Its a game you can win if you play it right. You be the one in control of the situation.

If Jehovah hates magic, why is it ok to go to Magic theme parks such as Disneyland the Magic Kingdom and not be disfellowshipped for it?
by Greybeard inif jehovah hates magic, why is it ok to go to magic theme parks such as disney land the magic kingdom?
i grew up a jw and we all went to disney land and magic mountain.
if jehovah hates magic then why are these places not forbidden?

Hi Perry and thank you for your comment.
The occult (from the Latin word occultus "clandestine, hidden, secret") is "knowledge of the hidden". In common English usage, occult refers to "knowledge of the paranormal", as opposed to "knowledge of the measurable", usually referred to as science.
Would you say Jesus had access to hidden knowledge? To be honest with you, I would trust a person who practices Yoga, classified as occult by many, more than I trust most people who claim to be Christian. I am not into Yoga, I haven't had much opportunity yet but I like what I have learned so far about it. To me, they sound way more like Jesus then your modern day Christian. Jesus said, "you are Gods" and he also said, "you are children of God." He said we could do all the things he did and that has to includes forgiving sins if healing really is possible as he said. That means we are one with God in my book. Did he not say, let them become one as we are one?
As far as the Bible goes, who put those 66 books together? The Roman Catholic Church. Many books were cast out like the book of Enoch and many others. You might as well be a Catholic if you claim the Bible to be 100% accurate. I have seen hideous Bible changes in my own life time. Can you imagine what must have happened in the first century?
Jesus did not say God would use a book to communicate with us. He didn't say build churches and Kingdom Halls. According to Jesus, God speaks though holy spirit, he does not need a man written book. (1 John 2:27) People who are disconnected (third eye blind) need something tangible they can hold and see and use to judge others with. The book of LAW. He did not say he would use men to teach us. He said I am your only teacher, have no leader but me. He said he would send Holy Spirit. He also called the God of the Jews a man slayer and father of lies. When he quoted scripture he would say things like, "Is in not written in YOUR law." So if it was his WORD, he didn't claim it!
I believe we can learn much from the Bible but I do no believe it is Gods holy unadulterated word like I was taught growing up. Man has used it to control people. Religion has used it to rule over people. Jesus did his best to free us from the scribes and pharisees.
Who would you trust more, a person who claims he can do whatever the hell he wants, then repent in the blood of Jesus or a person who believes he is accountable for his own actions? The law of Karma taught by Yoga makes more logical since to me then the book of law that says as you quoted, ""if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."
For that to be true, the word "confess" must mean more than simply giving lip service to Jesus. You must act like Jesus and Jesus was all about NOT judging others, he was all about unconditional love. He even prayed for and forgave those who killed him.
I could go on and on about this subject but I will cool my jets... Peace :)
"Anyone who claims to know all the answers doesn't really know very much." 1 Corinthians 8:2 NLT
I do have faith in Jesus but not the Jesus taught by religion today.
One last thought... Personally I believe from my experience. A Jehovah Witness would be shunned way more and possibly disfellowshipped for joining a Yoga class because it is considered "occult" yet its OK to go to Disneyland. How ridiculous is that? They might actually get healed if they join Yoga. We don't want that now do we.

Thanks Nathan, I say things to make people jump too and I love to kid around. Probably more than I should... As far as me not deserving what happened to me. Maybe things happen for a reason. I tend to believe they do. I have learned more about the nature of love after being booted out of the borg. When I was in the borg, a believing JW. I had the mentality that we were right and they were wrong. That type of thinking distorts our ability to love unconditionally. I take full responsibility for who I am and where I am at in life today. Being raised a JW will create a ego that must be discarded to be happy in the real world. Discarding that ego is not easy and takes constant work. What I have went through has smashed my JW ego and that is a good thing. Being alone has taught me more about myself then ever before. So even though all of this is very painful and hurts, I believe it is a wake-up call to reality. I have freedom to explore this reality now that the illusion has been removed.
As JW's we thought we had all the answers to life's questions, then we enter reality and this is what we find. "Anyone who claims to know all the answers doesn't really know very much." 1 Corinthians 8:2 NLT

My question exactly Vanderhoven7
I believe this question has been answered somewhat in the above. But I still don't get how they can continue to use this label after that admission.
Edit: You posted your second comment right after my response... Good job! Thank you!
"after he and his Father came and inspected the temple' How rich is that? I never knew Jehovah also came down with Jesus. How do they know this stuff? WOW Heavy man!

100% Ya think? Right on Nathan, we got to talk someday. That is very interesting. I think I'm in a parallel universe right now. I just found out yesterday the Watchtower admitted they were not appointed as the "faithful and discrete slave" in 1919! I must be dreaming :)

LOL, I got a good laugh out of that Crazyguy.
Careful not to judge now, we don't want to be like them. Lets just disfellowship them like they did us, of course, that could be like hell. It feels like it to me. Come on Aron class, you built this Golden Calf, remove it and free our families. Moses is coming down the mountain.

Is their a JW site , not official of course ,Identiyfing Apostates on FB , Instagram, etc.on ,social media ?
by smiddy ini`m just wondering , not that it worry`s me too much since i dad myself , but maybe some people would/should be concerned .. is it possible the gb are monitoring who they can identify as apostates on the internet ?.
or am i being paranoid.. how about an over-zealous wannabe elder who wants to make a name for himself by dobbing in some poor brother./sister who stumbles across a site like this on the internet.. maybe it`s not the gb , we need to worry about, maybe it is the r&f members who are spying /watching/monitoring their fellow brothers and sisters to see if they are worth reporting to the elders .. of course with the intention of keeping the congregation clean , while hiding their own transgressions .. dont ask questions outside the box./ dob in your bro, or sister ,who you suspect of impropriety and hope to get brownie points.. smiddy.

Of corse they could gather personal information. They can sell it too if they chose too. They joined the internet band wagon. You can bet they have the best programers to designing their websites. Do you know anything about cookies? Is there a bar at the top of your screen that pops up now and then on this website? At the right it has a yellow box that says cookies. Read the "more info" about cookies. They also have JW.org phone apps that can monitor your activity. Nothing is private on the internet. Maybe they do, maybe they don't. Do they have the ability? Yes and most websites gather personal information. That is why, if you are shopping online at Amazon for a widget and then go to Facebook or even this website for that matter, a widget add will pop up. So now that you know it is possible, do you think they do it? They are the WATCHtower
