  there is a public talk given by tight pants tony on youtube titled "the real armageddon, why, when"his talk, as usual, doesn't make much sense.

  he says armageddon is not a nuclear holocaust or an asteroid hitting the earth it's god's war against all the political nations of the earth.

  he talks about a celestial phenomenon that will be phenomenal.

  Frack that moron. cult leader (since he hates that so much). I had to censure myself with dubs this week-end because of some of his blabbing about spiritual people say this not that crap.

  He just blathers on and doesn't think too hard at all about what he is saying. Was the talk recent? The more recent the more demented. I do not think there are any hidden messages in plain site when he is talking. He is not capable of it.

  kenneth cook was a "helper" in the writing department, which is apparently a role for those of the great crowd.

  watchtower 15/10/15 p.3 states that helpers are of the great crowd.

  "since 1992, the governing body has appointed experienced, mature christian elders to help its committees carry out their work.

  Does anyone know the sequence of events between him joining the writing department and his becoming anointed.

  Hopefully one of the leakers in Bethel will let us know. There seem to be more everyday!

  This makes me think about how much the writing department must have shrunk lately, hence less "helpers" to pick from. They probably have another testing ground to get helpers from... or not, sometimes they are terrible planners!

  don't know if this is a global thing but i've just been told by a pimo member of my old congregation that a min servant has been given the task of destroying all old books/literature in the kh library prior to 1992.. could be the elders (or even one of them) on a mission to stamp out dissent as my ex-wife used the same reasoning to her elder dad that i used in my jc: rutherfords books containing failed predictions.. anyone else heared anything?.

  the ms who's been given the task is a company man.

  no hope of him keeping them or selling them on ebay.. they have some russell books in that library too.

  Don't have time to read whole thread, but I want to let you know what I know. I've heard that new Kingdom Halls can choose to have a digital or paper library. This is just a way to burn books if you think about it.

  the recurring theme throughout is the struggles he has had as a black man.he was born in 1935 in a one roomed log cabin in liberty indiana.

  his mother raised him in the baptist church.

  When will there be a Latino or Asian GB member?

  When he gives talks about women having a smaller cranium, thus showing they need to be controlled by men.

  That is how it works. Oh, we can't prejudge blacks? How 'bout gays, women, etc? Then we can bond on that hatred together with our new colored friends.

  Edit to say: Also, they probably had some feelers out before he was invited to the GB saying we need a black man or people are leaving!

  a question after my first JW meeting

  i attended my first jw meeting recently.

  first, i would like to say what i agree with about the jehovah's witnesses beliefs and practices.. 1. they don't consider israeli's as "god's chosen people" and they don't worship israel as some holy land filled with righteous jews (although there are some there) as most so-called "christians" (christian zionists) erroneously believe they are instead of the "hypocrites" and "vipers" that it is actually filled with.. 2. they don't celebrate "holidays" like easter and christmas which are, in fact, remnants of earlier pagan practices.. 3. they don't put nation before god and christ.

  they don't believe in war or going to war because of some crazy government/cia secret agenda.

  As is often said on this site: Let's review: It's a cult. Good luck in life bleak. I would suggest researching cults to make sure another doesn't try to recruit you, and get some therapy to see why you were vulnerable to the Jehovah's Witnesses.

  Edit to say: The reason suits are required is to make you different, a cult tactic. The bible only talks about modesty, but when they talk about 'dress and grooming' they bring up scriptures on modesty to enforce the dress code that goes waaay beyond modesty.

  Ttdtt, that is exactly what I was thinking. If anyone with external plumbing suspects apostates, or a circuit has 'apostate activity' I could see the c.o. assigning one or two elders to watch sites like this. He could look back on a suspects history and have an elder from an old congregation or two monitor this site also. If they spend all night on a stake out, they would welcome staying home reading this stuff and making notes on each of us to narrow down the apostate! Family ruining Assholes.

  I watched Cedars rebuttal. Tony, like the cult leader he is, likes to control every aspect of your life. 'He says scriptural families don't say about medical issues: this famous doctor says such and such. Ya know what I think about that doctor? whoppee. That's what I think.' -Paraphrased. It's about 40 minutes in.

  Go suck it Tony. How dare you say how I or anybody takes care of their own body. Also, what the hell are you talking about??? Cedars thought it was Dr. Phil, but I noticed you mentioned medical issues, and that ain't Dr. Phil. You need some real brain help, can afford whatever doctor you are talking about, and should probably go see him or her.

  I think Tony feels threatened by JWs that may travel for medical care because it is much harder to sic the HLC on them. He also wants ALL the money. Don't spend it on getting healthy! You might figure out the cult was what made you ill!

  If he isn't controlling PIMI or PIMO's choice in doctors, he is controlling their talking about them!!!

  Also, he does look like Dick Cheney. He makes me so angry.

  Edit: by the time you were done with one sentence your brain probably thought you meant Dr. Phil. That is how disjointed, stupid and sloppy your sermon was Tony. It was a sermon, not a "talk".
