IDK. Compare to Lett's in the Aug broadcast?
They look similar.
(Similar does not me exactly the same. :)
.
can anyone identify this ring?
(ideally, a link to a page on the internet with photo and description).

two weeks ago mrs. add and myself was driving home from shopping on a side street when we came upon a man laying on his back with his arms spread out in a t formation.
with no one in site we pulled over our van to help this person.
mrs.add went for her phone to call 911 and i got out of the van to see what i could do.
OMG. How terribly traumatic. Glad you guys are safe. Take care.
i'm so sorry if this has already been posted but i think its too important and interesting to miss.. reclaimed voices chairman raymond hintjies responds to jw.orgs dutch lawyer's statement that the dutch govt.
investigating watchtower's 300 incidents of csa would be akin to"shooting a mosquito with a water cannon" .
i particularly like raymond's sensitive message to concerned jw parents, at around 3 minutes or so, .
WT is projecting again with their cannon/mosquito thing. They want to handle individuals and not the foundation Reclaimed Voices. They want to be the cannon and the victim will be the mosquito.
i'm posting this link:http://jwdivorces.bravehost.com/spies.htmlonce you start reading it you won't be able to stop.fascinating and well-documented citations which give credibility to the belief that such a sneaky, underhanded, and often illegal practice has been secretly promoted for decades by watchtower society world headquarters..
Here's a nutcase doing stupid, and probably illegal things: Starts at about 44 minutes in.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bRxO6NTl1n4&frags=pl%2Cwn
I don't think the methods come from the top. But if it helps WT, they don't mind and individuals probably encourage it. Tattletales are encouraged and rewarded, so anything goes as as far as apostates, as long as you don't get caught.
study article for october: speaking the truth.
the article is about lying, but the wt is all about lying.
i guess they are concerned with their followers lying to them!.
Also, scare quotes:
They can imply doubt or ambiguity in words or ideas within the marks,[12] or even outright contempt.[13] They can indicate that a writer is purposely misusing a word or phrase[14] or that the writer is unpersuaded by the text in quotes,[15] and they can help the writer deny responsibility for the quote.
help the writer deny responsibility for the quote...
Yes. I think that's it.
some who are not disfellowshipped are still shunned i also know there’ are disfellowshipped ones that family still associate with..
No one knows I'm on here. No one knows of me ever associating with disfellowshipped ones. I have been shunned by my family for decades for crossing the one in charge. I have never been in a jc. In divorced families it is called alienation, but my parents weren't divorced. It was slow starting and secret from me. Secret family meeting anyone? What happened to me scared the rest into line. Another family member that is known as an apostate is treated better, but is also told to keep secrets from me. They don't promise to keep info from me, hence are not told. Insane making.
the latest trend seems to be that you can't go to any store without being asked for money.. no, not the money for the things you went in there to purchase, extra money for the store to donate to charity.. yes, that's right, the big-name stores, often making $millions in profits, ask you to give them extra money so that they can give it to charity and get some publicity about how awesome they are so that they'll look good to their customers, like, erm, you.. it seems to have ramped up more in the last year or so and frankly, it pisses me off.
if i want to donate to some cause, i'll give the money straight to them.
i hate that it puts people on the spot to guilt them into donating and imagine some people on a tight budget may give even when they can't really afford it.. often you don't know what the charities really are (it's vague like "to help children") or how the money will be spent or even how much will go on the people it's supposedly to help (charity is a multi $billion industry, some just exist to pay themselves).. so what to do?
I have received negative judgement, from one store in particular. That store is too convenient to not shop at, but I avoid it when it is at all possible. So, yes, negative judgement does exist. It is sort of like the skit on Portlandia about the person that didn't have the bag, like 2% as bad. It's judgement none the less.

I say I donate in MY OWN NAME.
my wife was diagnosed with ms about two years ago.
we have been living in ohio for the last 5 years but were recently assigned to a new congregation because of the dissolving and sale of our congregation/kh.
my wife's symptoms spiked after being relocated to our new hall back in january.
Good for you. Bravo.
today a large article was published in a dutch newspaper 'dagblad van het noorden'.
it is about frank huiting, the reclaimed voices foundation and the adopted motion in parliament.
the branch office has given a reaction:.
Double counting.
Me thinks this is projecting.
