So robotic and fake my goodness. How can grown adults be such dullards to be able to think that this garbage can actually work in a realistic setting?

Did others experience this on the ministry or among JWs generally?
by slimboyfat insometimes it's hard to know if our own experience of jws was typical and what features were peculiar to our own area or the individual jws we knew personally.
i was wondering if others experienced this among jws:.
a few times on the ministry, when we were working wealthy areas with large houses, some brothers and sisters would make the comment that they look forward to taking ownership of one of these big houses after armageddon, when the worldly people have vacated them.

There are quite a few big homes in my territory and the dubs would make similar comments about owning homes after the current owners die at the Big A. I never really thought about how sad and distasteful it was till now.

Sadly these liquidation a have been going on for some time. This is no less than the fifth separate liquidation invitation that I have received over the past year or so.
Not sure how they are going to build halls without tools unless they higher contractors.

Former RBC volunteers are being invited to have first opportunity to attend a liquidation event to be held in Findley, OH during selected dates in July. Who are the "Inactive"?
by thereishope inthis was my starting point in this journey of rediscovery, and i've made great strides, but here i am again asking the same question.
all this talk re the rc and the shunning of the inactive ones.
there is no announcement made obviously about "shun sister so-and-so, as she is inactive.

It is frustrating to be sure when nobody lifts a finger to see if you're ok but remember: these people are super busy doing mundane things and are trained to only look for "spiritually strong" association.
It's a tough pill to swallow at first and the feelings of betrayal run deep but know that you once had many friends and you will again. (Unconditional friends😊)
