  i'm sure many of us have seen the local design construction video for elders that was leaked on youtube.

  i saw a few seconds of it and was going to the library to download it, but at that point it was taken offline.

  now, a heavily edited version is on jw broadcasting.

  I have a serious problem

  i have a serious problem that i cannot solve on my own.

  i was born-in but am only in by a thread at this point.

  i quit the tms a few weeks ago and wrote a post on it.

  I think, now that we know it's a step-son, the best bet is like some above have said.

  Play the long con. All of a sudden become agreeable. Let him study. Encourage it. Tell the brother, "Thank you so much!"

  Perhaps your wife's watchful eye will eventually grow drowsy and you'll be able to unWitness to your step-son when opportune moments present themselves.

  That, coupled with him going to college, will in all likelihood wake him up.

  she was so many things to me, my cousin, best friend, and next door neighbor thru our teens.

  First thing after the introduction is a video about growth is an interesting propaganda quote while a map of the US is on screen:

  "Thanks to Jehovah's blessing, we've seen outstanding growth in our branch territory. This has led to numerous Kingdom Halls being used to their capacity and beyond."

  Yeah, that 1.6% average annual growth over the last 15 years is "outstanding."

  They also claim that meeting attendance is being affected because of the need for Kingdom Halls. I'm sure faulty doctrine and heavy handed practices have nothing to do with it.

  I would also think that since your son is old enough to think for himself, you should lay some TTATT on him. Wife won't let you talk to him alone? E-mail him. No e-mail? Print something out and leave it in his room for him to find.

  Start with something small and that appeals to a young person like the thing about Job's family celebrating Birthdays and how the Society deliberately covered it up in the 2013 revision of the NWT.

  i'm in contact with service and writing and brochure first step there bleeding publishers they can't take it anymore publishers are depressed because they feel they must shun others and they know it's unloving.

  Has anyone actually seen this brochure? Can anyone provide a copy of the file?

  I agree with wifibandit. I'm not accusing anyone of lying, but I'm viewing this the same as I view God. I'll believe that this brochure exists when at the very least a screenshot of it appears.
