Is the rule of the "two witnesses" always applied in cases of apostasy?

this is my first thread here.i was wondering if anybody here could help me with a question that i have.my question is this: is it always applied the rule of the "two witnesses" in cases of apostasy?
i'll put an example:if a jw is working with another jw and one of them is continuously talking about teachings contrary to the bible truth as taught by jehovah's witnesses, would the testimony of the other jw be enough to form a judicial committee?thanks!

In addition, if the elders couldn't pin anything on the apostate because of a lack of two witnesses, a body of elders might imply to the publisher, though not outright tell them, that a recording would be sufficient evidence to overcome the two-witness rule.
Not all Elders would do that, though. But the ones that are desperate to put an apostate notch in their belt might.

JW.ORG advertising on game/app review program.
by WHATSGOINGON ini don't know if any of you have seen the video posted by mike and kim regarding jw.org advertising on a thailand computer game review television show.
its interesting - check it out.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=57nigmnim18.
the show is called game show social - i looked at a few of the videos and jw.org is on a lot of them.. at first i thought that it was a review of a jw.org app but when you look at other videos jw.org is on a lot of them as a sponsor as well as dell lg and others.. wgo..

Devouring the Forbidden Fruit - Higher Education
by cappytan inwell, i told my wife over the weekend i was going to go back school to finish my degree.
she is 100% supportive of it!
apparently she doesn't think higher education is so evil either.. since my former major was computer programming and that was in the late 1990's, i was told i'd have to retake a bunch of classes since times have changed.

Nethanyahu speach to US Congress - not in sync with NRA position on weapons
by RubaDub ini don't quite understand why mr. nethanyahu is so fearful if iran or other nations have nuclear weapons.
as the nra espouses, the more people are armed and the more weapons on the street, then the safer we should feel.
we all should have the right to protect ourselves.

No regular person I have ever met owned a gun.
Where I'm from, most regular persons own guns. I own 2 rifles, and 2 shotguns. One rifle for varmints, one for hunting. One shotgun for hunting, one for fun. (It's a home defense shotgun, but I only use it for having fun. Hopefully I never have to defend my home.)

My bad. I was doing the typical Texan thing and conflating Arab and Muslim.
If we want to get technical about it, Iran is not an Arab country either. It's Persian. (Correct me if I'm wrong.)

Congratulations on a fantastic decision!!!! I went back to school at 35 (and while still an elder LOL) and it was the best decision I could have made. Good luck

Congratulations. You can do pretty much anything related to education as long as you don't promote education to the congregation. I was an elder going to graduate school. I never told anyone and if anyone asked I simply said that my employer required me to go to school - I never entered into a discussion and certainly not a debate.I actually am not going to be shy about it. I'm going to mention in casual conversation things like, "The other day in _____ class we were discussing _________ and an interesting point was brought out."
I can't wait for my privileges to be taken away.

2034 is going to be a huge letdown for the dubs
by wha happened? ini've seen a few postings of a possible "next date" for dubs of 2034. based on an article they published comparing the last days to the days of noah.
preaching for 120 years.
however, i noticed a little tidbit from wiki about age:.
