Hi guys, are'nt they already paying by being JW, and giving up more precious time by being there again.They should be paid for just showing up. Free parking, is what is should have been all along, malls are free, my key food has free parking lol. To hear this same mess. and sit in the hot sun or be rained on , I have to pay for parking. Lord please help these people, but only ifyou want to.

Hi Moxy. so things have changed that much, no bags allowed in buildings, why if you can answer me. Why did it change after all these yrs? I have a KH on well a block or two away, and still see them with book bags, maybe its up to the individual to want change. Regards, nojw

Well , they came over to me and asked if was interested in WT & A.So I said your bags are so heavy must be quite a few bibles in there,and then showed all thier books, whoa, did I carry all those too. SO I asked her did Jesus and his disciples have such a heavy load of ( preaching books) to use? I just got he look, no answer! nojw

Things to do when they come knocking
by Skimmer ini encourage people not to either verbally or physically harass jws when they come knocking on the door.. saying this, i recognize that it is ever so tempting to try the following:.
1) answering the door wearing a t-shirt with a logo such as "satan rules", "member of the evil slave class", and "1914, 1918, 1925, 1975, what's next?".
2) answering the door wearing only underwear (or less).. 3) dropping a name of some governing body member and suggesting that you got to know him when he and you were in jail together, and then ask if they know if he's stopped some particular filthy habit.. 4) answering the door while brandishing a pitchfork.. 5) say that you're so glad they came and that it's good for people to have an open mind about their religion and to be willing to change; once you get them excited with this, show them a copy of the wtbts failed prophecy list (backed by quotes from their own literature) and ask if they are open minded as well.. 6) as most jws have never looked at a copy of _studies in the scriptures_, tell them that you've gotten many of your religious beliefs by pyramidology; then show them a copy of _sits_ and point to the wtbts copyright notice.. i have #5 and #6 ready for the next visit.

Does the Watchtower break up famelies?
by OlderTom inmy word it does.. when i started studying with the witlesses all of my family and inlaws deserted me for following a stupit cult.
my wife divorced me and my children won't talk to me.. that's ok because according to jdubs that proves it's the truth.. as i progressed in "the truth(tm)" all my friends started to abandon me because i was always going to those booring meetings.. when i found someone i liked in "the truth" and started associating with her, some of my witness friends tried to break up the friendship.. ie break up another family before it even starts.. after i married her without getting the elder permission, some of my jdub friends tried to df me, to show how much they loved me.. when they failed to df me some of my witless friends decided to shun me anyway even though the elders pronounced us no guilty.. i should have sued the bastards for slander.
today i'd just give him (the instigator) a good hiding.

Hugs back to you Es. And it comes as a shock to me about your MS so sorry to hear Es, please take my best of wishes for you. What a shameful org . this is, and the harm they can accomplish,....All i can say is its their loss. It certainley does break up families. Here we have out for 15 yrs. never a call well maybe one in the beginning. I am now very ill and no family members will try to inguire as to how I am, what a shameful org, this is. We were never df. just walked out and never walked back in. One of the last meetings I remember was this elder stood on the plat form and said at the beginning of the thrus. meeting, there are some people in here that don't belong here, that are unfriendly to that effect. Well after that we decided that we did not belong there. We heard that new elders from Bethel were sent there for aide to the cong. But we did lose our families, our daughter lost all cousins and a grandmother as well. But they are the ones who are always persecuted and in that effect they are loved by god.But they use the word shunning a family member when in reality it is persecuting a family member who is loved by god... nojw

are dfsp for making a living there, and there is this elder who is working for the united nations for 25 yrs and still is an elder in good standing .
