"if you desire to be perfect," replied jesus, "go and sell all that you have, and give to the poor, and you shall have wealth in heaven; and come, follow me.".

i never heard elders ask jw's to reach out into their abundance and help poor jw's....have you?.

Serena Williams - Renewed JW activity & Boyfriends?

this is a paragraph from a ny times article today on tennis champion serena williams.

her comment is in regard to how she dealt with the murder of her older sister a couple of years ago.. "i tried to develop a better relationship with god," williams, who was raised a jehovah's witness, told me over the phone.

but he is in the entertainment field, and has $$$$ and runs with those that do, etc

when we got divorced,,he claimed, due to mental stress, not able to work, so i didnt get alimony,,nothing for 25 years raising 4 children,,,not counting the 4thousand meetings a week, pioneering, etc

i ended up on welfare,,,,

but now i am ok:)

may need some help soon

ok so i send my father a letter telling him several reasons i do not believe the witnesses are jehovah's organization.i also told my father at the end of the letter that i was setting some boundaries once and for all.

that i would not be emotionally blackmailed or verbally abused anymore that if he wanted to talk to me as a father then i welcome that and if he can't do that then i do not wish to comunicate with him.

i sent it about a week ago and was waiting for all hell to break loose but nothing happend.
