by punkofnice ini've read how many have been asked the question if they belive thae gb/f&d$ are jehovah's(tm) channel for communication.
this question to finally find out if they should be df or not (terms and conditions apply and are subject to favouritism or who your family are).. we all know too well that the gb arrogantly do claim to be god's channel in their pope like status.. however, when they are made to look like arses they suddenly become 'just imperfect men doing their best...where else will you go?'(r).
so when the elders come to hound individuals and ask the ultimate question of loyalty to the holy paedo ring known as the gb..... what answers have you heard given that was totally brilliant?.

I had two men call at my door today.
by iarts ini heard a knock at my front door.. through the glass pane i could see two men.
they wore badges bearing the name of a company that installs replacement windows.. i opened the door and before they had a chance to speak i said 'no thankyou' to them.. they replied 'thankyou for your time'.
then they left and went to another house.. i didn't know all the details of what these men were selling.

They replied 'Thankyou for your time'. Then they left and went to another house.
I didn't know all the details of what these men were selling. But I believed that I didn't need replacement windows, and I was unwilling to pay for them, even though I didn't know what the actual cost would be.
If circumstances had been different; if I had been a typical worldy householder, and they had been Jehovah's Witnesses, my actions would have deemed me deserving of everlasting destruction.

by konceptual99 inso, i have it on very good authority that a co has recently been disfellowshipped in the uk.
he has just finished serving the north west london area.
i don't know any details but perhaps there is someone who does know what happened.

A few weeks back I was told about a UK CO who was recently disfellowshipped. He was well known to some witnesses I know - they were really shocked. I'm guessing he was a former CO of theirs. I didn't recognize his name though, so I can't remember it now. Sorry.
I was told he left his wife and moved to another country with another woman. -

stopped attending 2010...resigned officially in 2011. still a little shell shocked but beginning to feel much better now.

It is OFFICIAL they want MORE MONEY : NEW ANNOUNCEMENT!!!
by raymond frantz ini just came back from the meeting .although the local announcements have been abolished recently as an item for the second part , an elder came on the platform to announce that the society needs more money and there is a letter on the noticeboard for all the congragation to read to this effect.
although the announcement was read half heartedly (this elder's daughter is an apostate ,it looks like he knows what's going on) the implictions are dramatic .
the society in brief,requests any brother or sister with funds sitting on personal accounts to loan them to the society ,he didn't go into any specifics but i will take a picture of the letter next time and make it available here .. i'm not amazed that they're asking for money ,i thought it will happen sooner or later .what i'm amazed is that 99% of the congragation are oblivious to the financial crisis that the society finds itself these days and the reasons why .i can see the future now .the watchtower will be the fist part of the babylon the great to go down in a blaze of scandals and financial troubles !.

We had an announcement about a letter being received concerning contributions/loans/donations ... something like that. The letter wasn't read out. We were just told it was on the notice board. I never bothered to read it.
Sorry I can't be more specific, but when I hear any mention of contributions, my eyes glaze over and I switch off (even more than usual). I can confirm that we got a letter though...
