i am not normally one to give opinion on movies, however i saw this christmas trailer the other night and it made me think (it's at the end of the trailer and spoken by jamie foxx (he is django).

Django is an epic Tarrantino film. Pulp Ficton beats it IMO I like having the characters name splashed on the screen lol. sadly missing from Django.

Some thoughts on the recent BOE letter

with all the recent efforts by the society to stifle publication of their recent boe letter i have been re-reading it and thinking again about some of the consequences of what this letter really means.. i've had some thoughts so am just throwing them out there to see what the rest of you might think.. firstly, i have absolutely no truck with the core issue regarding the lack of disclosure to the authorities when child abuse is suspected or alledged.

although there are very good reasons for the biblical precedant regarding two or more witnesses this really cannot be forced to apply to this issue.

in the time of the mosaic law, the "elders" were the top level of authority - they were the police, judge and jury - responsible for civil, criminal and spiritual matters.

any pedo should be disfellowshipped on the spot if convicted by the Superior Authorities. ie.. if they have done time for it and on their release they wish to seek reinstatement then they should be told to stay away from the KH. Let them use the Dial In systems to listen in to the meetings. But they remain DF'd. If they are truly repentant then Jehovah/Jesus will be cool with that at the Big A.

so, i have it on very good authority that a co has recently been disfellowshipped in the uk.

he has just finished serving the north west london area.

i don't know any details but perhaps there is someone who does know what happened.

Bro Renouf is our DO. His interview at the CA after lunch was heartbreaking as he described his life and the death of his wife from cancer. I dont think he would be to impressed now Timmy about you going to Uni, Its The Devil'! He now adopts the party line of the dangers of Higher Edjakashun, which I am sure he has to do to keep the company Car and Roof over his head.
