  Does faith excuse serious problems with the bible?

  i constantly read that having faith is the answer to knowing that god (or in most cases, jesus) exists.

  but to me it's quite clear there are serious difficulties in believing the bible.. adam and eve.

  can anyone point me in the right direction, a good descriptive list of gods anger, genocide, vengeance and general things that we would view as bad and the scriptures next to it to show where these things are in the bible?.

  I have to take my daughter to the meeting...

  my daughter is visiting me from the uk and wants me to take her to the meeting, which i will do, but it's f'in killing me :( sat here crying for an hour, how pathetic is that.

  the last time i spoke to her about the j dub she nearly had a breakdown.

  Something that happened today

  it's hardly a scandal but it's bloody scandalous!

  someone i've known for years who works with me a few hours a week was asked to help a family member out with work.

  now this lad, who is df'd agreed to help him, even though he's not seen him in two years, the last time he needed help.. he helped him with all his work, getting it back up to date and was then told there would be regular, weekly work he would offer him, he was delighted.
