Wich does not agree with what I have seen. Too many who were really nice and happy persons and eventually become frustrated, dreppresed, distorted, a totally different individual. Some expressing their frustrations but others in total denial.
i have been bothered for some time by the sneaking suspicion that the publisher increases published annually are never realized in a tangible way.
therefore, i sat down and studied a 10 year period of what has been published by the society to see if i could get a warm and fuzzy feeling about these increases.

Imo only baptized and death should be considered,
find out how many were baptized jw by 1993, lets say, add the number of baptized every year until 2003
estimate how many should be dead by 2003 .
the reason for not considering the number of publisher is because
a new publishers does not need to be baptized BUT usually does within months, or become inactive. There is no way, imo, to calculate the number of publisher that never get baptized.
By only counting baptized jw you deal with confirmed net results on a yearly basis.

Actually it was the other way around, Knorr when changes were suggested "over my dead body said the president, some at the GB, including his uncle were terrified. Ray did not take no for an answer when it was not the right answer.

He did not approve many writtings to be published by WT, not signing them. Some was keeping track of how many articles he did not sign, can you beleive it?
Even he did not question the writting, by not signing he got in trouble. Group pressure you know.

i am a bit fuzzy, but i always remembered that the "faithful and discreet slave" were the annointed members of the governing body and that they were led by jehovah god.... of course according to the wts.. now, as they get older and other wts corporations have been formed and the president of the wts himself isn't of the "annointed" then what happens when the "annointed" governing body members who represent the "faithful and discreet slave" die off?.
where is the intermediatary between the regular jw's and jehovah?

According to WT FDS include ALL annointed around the world. But as Ray Franz confirm in his books, The "food" was always prepared without consulting anyone outside Brooklyn. He tel in his book that he presented the isuse to the "oracle", his uncle Freddy, and he got one of those "rationalized" but hard to understand response.
you ask what will happen... Freddy could have "rationalized" that question real quick but he died many years ago so they haven't provided a clear answer yet. But dont worry the "generation" issue was as big as your question and they found (??) a way out of it during 1995, after that year deppression has taken its toll on old timer jw..

The announcement was mostly ignored as unimportant, no disfellowship was announced. Sure they did not want to create too much curiosity, but their intention was fianally revealed.
I personally heard the Ray had died in car accident. Later Ray had to confirm that the "news about my death were exaggerated"

Franz was disfellowshipped for the "unlawful activity" of having lunch with his employer, Peter Gregerson, who was disassociated.
Mr. Gregerson, a supermarket owner, also had lunch with several other jw employees around that time but WT did nothing about it. Did you say consistency.?
one of the things we were constantly taught as jws was that the vast majority of the world are intrinsically bad; wicked enough to warrant destruction at armageddon.. last xmas, a film "love actually" (sentimental tat really but who says we don't need sentimentality occasionally) was based on the idea that everywhere people are in love and being loved.
also, a couple of tv documentaries shown recently in uk, michael palin's 'himalaya' and ewan mcgregor's 'long way round' had these intrepid travellers visiting remote corners of the earth.
it was striking just how friendly and helpful people can be to strangers.

generally speaking humans are not happy with what other humans have been doing for a long time, specially what those with power do. Please dont ask me to define hapiness, i am traying to prevent phylosophical and semantic argumentation.

then what has been done is BAD generally speaking. That is what i call empiric results.
So due to the humans intrinsic state of mind, the net result of human activity is not satisfactory, unhapiness.
Based in such reality, no satisfaction unhapiness, is why the WT and other religions have survived.

i cant think of a better way, at least to clarify without interruption, all deep court cases are resolved in writting, ask the supreme court. Laws have a section to define all terms utilized, preventing individual interpretations. All good judges denife the issues before judgment. .
In this topic defining the issue and the terminology (such as intrinsic) was/is neccesary, it was not done in this case and the majority of the topics.
