try to fit a 4:3 ratio picture into a 5:4 ratio screen, and it will distort.
i'd like to have your feedback on this, if you noticed any distortion in your pictures when you changed from a crt 4:3 ratio to a lcd screen 5:4 ratio.

and wont be happy until i get my OLED (organic LED] screen, 'photonics' will prevail in most applications eliminating most 'electronics'. WE already have fiber.
about screen size,
it is stupid using a word proccesor viewing yor work on 4/3 screen when is mean to be printed mostly on 8.5 x 11 or 8.5 x 14. paper....

if jesus was perfect he had to be killed for the story to make sense, but again he could not be killed and STAY dead for 3 days.

following the scripture, just like "energy" an spirit can not be "killed", eliminated, minimized or reduced, only transformed, that is why he as a 'human' could perform "miracles"..

as carl sagan once remarked, it's remarkable that a religion so transparently dishonest has any adherents at all, but that's a measure of the gullibility of the ultra-religious mind.. .

Yesterday a lawyer friend of mine told me that Carl wrote the books "witches and demons", and "angels demons".
That such books demostrated or concluded, by scientific methods, that there is "life outhere", so to speak.
AND that the space programs were initated due to his influence on the issue, 'go and find out'..
BUT i also heard that he consumed marijuana on a regular basis... and wrote books under the influence of the weed.
Some stimulants, like coffe can make you think "faster". Not that i am an expert of ever consumed any kind of drugs, (alcohol yes, hehehe), but some drugs "experts' and drug users have stated that marijuana can really have an 'effect' on you.
Based on the above, what do think about the guy and his writtings. He died at what can be considered an "early" age...
I have seen with my own eyes how crack users, while intoxicated, "think" they see a hear things...weird, hard to deal with them in such conditions.

Wich does not agree with what I have seen. Too many who were really nice and happy persons and eventually become frustrated, dreppresed, distorted, a totally different individual. Some expressing their frustrations but others in total denial.

Imo only baptized and death should be considered,
find out how many were baptized jw by 1993, lets say, add the number of baptized every year until 2003
estimate how many should be dead by 2003 .
the reason for not considering the number of publisher is because
a new publishers does not need to be baptized BUT usually does within months, or become inactive. There is no way, imo, to calculate the number of publisher that never get baptized.
By only counting baptized jw you deal with confirmed net results on a yearly basis.

i am a bit fuzzy, but i always remembered that the "faithful and discreet slave" were the annointed members of the governing body and that they were led by jehovah god.... of course according to the wts.. now, as they get older and other wts corporations have been formed and the president of the wts himself isn't of the "annointed" then what happens when the "annointed" governing body members who represent the "faithful and discreet slave" die off?.
where is the intermediatary between the regular jw's and jehovah?

According to WT FDS include ALL annointed around the world. But as Ray Franz confirm in his books, The "food" was always prepared without consulting anyone outside Brooklyn. He tel in his book that he presented the isuse to the "oracle", his uncle Freddy, and he got one of those "rationalized" but hard to understand response.
you ask what will happen... Freddy could have "rationalized" that question real quick but he died many years ago so they haven't provided a clear answer yet.
