I did for a year. I falsified reports, had fake RV's, told groups I was meeting up with other groups and went home just to show a presense. I wasn't fading though, because of my situation I had to play like everything was fine. When I did go door to door all I could bring myself to say was like 'hey I'm offering the Watchtower and the Awake to people today' /doorslam.

uh-oh...i just became UNDECIDED...or Costa Rican...What Obama said in Iowa last night
by oompa in"the challenge we face right now, the challenge we've faced for over a decade, is that harder work hasn't led to higher income.
bigger profits haven't led to better jobs.".
nice message for my sons...and i really like this guy...or did....i have never known anyone that did not make more money directly due to working hard.

What Obama is referring to is overall worker productivity (a figure economist measure and track) has gone up consistantly over the decades. Wages used to tact exactly with this trendline. But a couple decades back, in the Reagan years i think, This trend decoupled and wages flatlined. All of our extra productivity goes right to the pockets of the 1% who have seen their incomes rise exponentially.
So thats what he's talking about.

I'm curious...........how many of you are going out in Field Service tomorrow? I'm serious.
by La Falta Habitacion Por Sr Hor-Hey!! injust wondering.
i'm going out in the morning, but i'm wondering who else here in undercover apostate land will be meeting up with their own respective groups for theocratic activity tomorrow.
for those of you going, will you be preparing your presentations tonight?.

Not in years, never again. I got to the point where I had a list of RV's that were confirmed vacation homes (orlando FL) that were reliable time killers and on top of that I would flat out fabricate my time slip.

Good family news
by GeneM inmy little brother (age 19) just got df'ed and is likely going to come live with me.
the entire family (who are all still devout) know that if he decides to do that, he is never coming back since i da'ed years ago and will set him straight.
my only concern is that he may appeal it to keep from losing the family... he only stayed the night at her house twice got to second base.

Outsmart I forgot all about the brazen conduct clause. The fact that he is activily considering moving 1000 miles away with is DA brother should have the entire family on high alert.

I told him that all they care about is groveling, waterworks and humiliation. I could turn that shit on like a light switch after living the double life (taught me to be quite the actor) but he doesnt want to. I think he wants to be out because he can use that as an excuse to live with me where he will have near total freedom. Thats all 19 year olds really want anyway. When he told me that the girl was 16 i nearly died of a heart attack but apparently the age of consent is lower in ohio and he was never in any real prison danger.

I guess they must have DF'ed him bacause he was unrepentant... because he wasn't. They even asked him if he was afraid of the punnishment he might get for it and he said no. LOL
Ever hear of that? I didn't think they'd DF for 2nd base. I hope the appeal fails...

Was it the doctrine or the control that woke you up?
by Evidently Apostate ineven though i knew some of the doctrines were so convoluted they couldnt be genuine, every prophecy mentioned in the bible was simplistic and direct i still felt it was the best place to raise a family.
i felt like i could ignore the hypocrisy, manipulative and fake personalities and still have true friends and unbreakable family bonds.
even though my concience would bother me i would always try to forgive.

As soon as they announced that god heald back on assigning a few of the 144,000 so that he could perpetually anoint governing body members, I knew it was over. The powers that be know it's all a sham, they are positioning themselves for the loooooong haul. They saaaaaay the big A is any day now (wink wink) but they know all they have to do is set the song to repeat and watch the dollars come it.
When I heard that from the stage, I looked around wondering why there wern't 100 people walking out...

As much as I tell people "for the love of god fade!" I don't regret the DA letter for a second. Now all of them know, hey he didn't just sin and get kicked out, he didn't drift away because he couldn't cut it, he typed up a letter, licked a stamp and walked the fuck out head held high.
I never heard of a single DA in all my time in ( from age 4 to 27 ) it's the hardest thing I ever did and the thing I'm most proud of as a person. It sickens me that it's the exact thing my family now thinks I'm deserve to die because of.

The pioneers in my old cong would have someone in the car group leave one tract at a gas pump and the whole car would start their time. Then off to meet with the early morning group for 25 min of daily text, prayer chit chat coordination, confusion, quick stop for coffee, then one of them forgot something at their house. Quick stop there, another gas pump, let's pick up sister so-n-so. Get her, she needs coffee too, might as well grab breakfast. Oops that ran long time for the 9:30 meeting for field service. Rinse repeat. Get a quiet neighborhood, pioneer shuffle. 2 or 3 RV's that are never home, each across town, is it noon already? Didn't talk a single time carload of 4 people log 5 hours each. All elders wives, all pioneered for 15 years, all still doing it to this day.
