  does anyone know anything about gb member m. stephen lett??

  i have often wondered if his parents were the special pioneer couple that first studied with my family in the early seventies, mark and jean lett.

  they were from texas, and at least one (if not both) of their sons, steve and tim, were at bethel in the early 1970's.

  M. Stephen Lett (?-) Started as pioneer on December, 1966. From 1967 to 1971 served in Brooklyn Bethel. In October 1971 married to Susan and entered in the special pioneer service. From 1979 to 1998 served as circuit overseer. In April 1998 was called to Brooklyn Bethel. On October 2, 1999 was appointed to the Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses. Source: w2000 1/1 29.

  i recently took a glance at the commentarypress.com website in search of the fourth edition of crisis of conscience, and there on the list of available publications was an offer a casette tape of fred freaz's infamous gilead graduation discourse in which he convincingly refutes the notion of a cenytralized governing body based in jerusalem... a fascinating historical document from the society's chief oracle!

  jw insiders know that both freddie and knorr (at the time weakened by cancer) surrendered their primacy with great reluctance and no small amount of bitterness.

  i read an article about a 1989 watchtower that stated the preaching work would be completed in our 20th century, but was revised in the bound volume to say "in our day".

  i told my brother this and he said, "if it's on the net about jw's it's a lie".

  i want to prove to him it was a fact.

  does anybody have a scanned copy of the s77/s79 forms that are filled out by the judicial comitte when sombody is disfellowshipped?

  i would like to see what type of information they sent to mother-borg when i was d/fed.. also, can you get a copy of the information in your file in brooklyn or at the local kingdumb hall?

  seems to me that, by law, they should be required to provide you with the information in it... your employer has to show you your personnel file if you ask to see it.. thanks for any help you can provide.
