What are some weird things that you do?

everyone has their own idiosyncrises, mine is- .

when i get a new book, i'll open it up to the middle of the book and stick my nose in the binding for about ten seconds, and smell how the glue, ink, and fresh paper smell.

ahhhh i love that smell.

hi, i'm on my "spiritual search so i want to see what "religion"/non religion you choose and why.

for example: are you christian?

I'm a believer in Christ and my hope is in him. While I attend a Wesleyan Church, I am not inclined to formally join nor do I accept all their teachings. Many of the people are very kind, loving, and helpful. At the same time are not judgemental either.

i wasnt the most academic of children although i had some capability but i could read quite well by the time i was 4 years old at least for my age; i have always read as a child and still read now as an adult both professionally (research) and for pleasure.

i have always been able to write too...and pretty much advanced as well as my peers did in school...perhaps i am lucky, i certainly feel like i am when illiteracy amongst adults and children is rife at present...however.. i remember when i was 16 the wts in the uk were pushing through a scheme teaching those who were not as able to read and write...and an elder in the hall made a point of coming to me and suggesting that i should actually attend the training!!

!....i explained that i could read and write well enough and didnt need to be taught basic literacy... he said that i might learn something new and should respect jehovahs order of things and show appreciation...i did decline his kind offer rather abruptly....but wtf??

I KNEW AN ELDER WHO WAS COUNCELING A VERY LARGE SISTER ABOUT GLUTONY. SHE TOLD HIM SHE HAD A GLAND PROBLEM AND COULD NOT HELP HER WEIGHT.

HE TOLD HER, "NOBODY EVER CAME OUT OF A CONCENTRATION CAMP WITH A GLAND PROBLEM!

Weird dream

ok so i had this weird dream last night.

i dreamt that i was standing in line to gain admission to this strange cult.

they were passing out there own manufactured brand or q-tips and they required us to use only those q-tips.

THE PERFECT TACO

want something good to eat?

well here it is, the perfect taco.. take corn tortillas and fry them in a thin amount of olive oil.. then spread a thin layer of refried beans on the tortilla.. next put a little lean beef that has onions chopped up in it on top of the beans.. then put some shredded colby cheese on.. then very thin sliced celery (secret ingredient).

next shredded lettuce, a few chopped tomatos, a hint of cilantro and a very small amount of salsa.. fold and enjoy.. what has this information got to do with jw's?

WANT SOMETHING GOOD TO EAT? WELL HERE IT IS, THE PERFECT TACO.

TAKE CORN TORTILLAS AND FRY THEM IN A THIN AMOUNT OF OLIVE OIL.
