Socks and shoes ... I've been attracted to the sockless but I always come back to the guys who wear socks and shoes (not those nylon socks either). I don't claim to have any statistics BUT other women I've asked to think about this say "why, yes Panda... the best husbands wear socks and shoes."

Very funny ... But a common misconception. West Texas is a dry heat.But we live closer to the Gulf and Mexico , which is tropical. HOT HOT HOT.

the Minimus day should begin as a day off for the Minster and all who choose to acknowledge the Mini existence. Next we should prepare a meal of bitter herbs, unleavened bread, chicken bones, oh wait thats been done.
How about
smoking a turkey and then deep fryit ... oh yeah you'd have to be a Southerner for that one.OH (I saw this on the Simpsons) Have Mini tap the keg only it isn't a keg it's the septic tank! Hey, thats Simpson humour.
Tell Minimus that red M&M's cause cancer and therefore must be blown to smithereens ...but in an honourable way on Minimus Day. Sort of a propitiatory cannon ball... bvloooooom.
Minimus day should not involve any idols which may stumble any Minimus observer.
Chippendale dancers should be involved somehow ... HEY , it's cultural and they aren't idols AND no one would be stumbled by hot male bodies.
Maybe there should be a specific Minimus cake?

Shoot Mary, I live in south south Texas and I haven't seen the thermometer go below 100* for days and days. The humidity probably makes it worse (well duh ...) I cannot even breathe outside in the afternoons. We're supposed to get some of Emily and I cannot wait! Of course afterwards we'll be back to hellacious temps with the bright sun sapping our energy. It's just too hot here now HOTHOTHOT
