These folks at BLM are as bad as the Washtowell at showing exactly how their revenue is used. They show nothing useful that is done with the money. Basically they said they give part of the $ to the local chapters of BLM, which is to say, nobody knows how it's used even at the level of the local chapters. Seems a bunch a people mooching of the made-up victimization of black people.

Derek Chauvin - The Right to a Fair Trial
by Simon inanyone following the derek chauvin trial?.
if you are actually following it, not just listening to the media, you will likely realize that there is a huge gap between what is going on in court and what is being reported in the media.. if the trial was fair, i think he should be acquitted.
there is plenty of reasonable doubt about the cause of death (his dealer doesn't want to testify because he could be guilty of 3rd degree murder for selling him a fatal amount of fentanyl) and even doubt over whether the officer even had his knee on the guys neck or did anything counter to what they were meant to do as per policy.. but is it fair?

You'll never convince me that there isn't something going on against black people.
That's a really silly way of putting it. Different crimes are associated with specific profiles. When it comes to street crimes they are disproportionally committed by black folks in certain areas. It's just the reality. The police are simply going by what they observe on the street.
If you were a cop and you are told a drive by shooting just happened around the corner, and you go investigate, who is catching your eye first? The 67year old japanese women? The Indian guy? Or the young black male? Who is usually associated with that type of crime.?
If you are told there is a terrorist about to blow himself up and you have 1 minute to find him and neutralize him? Who do you run to? The black teenager girl? The middle aged white guy? Or the young middle eastern male?
And that depends on the area. Police in Alaska are probably not thinking of the same profiles because they see different profiles associated with crimes there as opposed to a cop in an urban area.

Why Do People Loot and Destroy When Someone Gets Shot?

It wouldn't bug me so much except they seem to be doing it to people from their own neighborhoods.
So it wouldn't bug you if they went to steal from other neighborhoods? This is just an excuse to steal. Notice how they pick exactly the stores that have the stuff they like. They are not exactly looting from the local plant nursery. -

Do You Tip At Eateries?
by minimus inif you go to a restaurant, do you tip and typically how much?
if you were given a 90 minute time frame to eat at a restaurant, would that restriction limit your tipping to the waitress or waiter?.
also if you order a coffee and donut and pick it up, do you contribute to the “tip jar” that’s on the counter?

There are places where they don't even give you a menu anymore, you have to go online and scan a code.
What if you don't have a phone?

This one bible passage proves abortions are wrong and honoring Mary is right
by TTWSYF innwt luke chapt 1.
41 well, as elizabeth heard the greeting of mary, the infant in her womb leaped, and elizabeth was filled with holy spirit 42 and loudly cried out: “blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruitage of your womb!
43 so how is it that this privilege is mine, to have the mother of my lord come to me?

The Bible also proves that God is a moron. After, isn't this the same god that upon realizing that he had a few people that should be killed, decided the best way to do this was to create a massive flood on earth that killed 99.99% of all living things, while the gzillion of angels he had available snoozed and sat around?
What a great project manager.

he Minneapolis use of force police coordinator Lt Mercil called the knee restraint seen on film "unauthorised" and an "act of aggression." LA police sgt Stiger called it "excessive" force.
It's almost as if CNN started posting on the board. Half truths, and selective reporting
Btw, I think Chauvin will be found guilty of ...something. Not to worry, because for the radical communists and the fake anti-racist hysteria mob it won't be enough. They will find a way to justify more business burning, violence, and attacks on the innocent.

Secondly, an addict usually knows his limits
Right, cause there are no addicts that die of an overdose.

I don't believe Floyd died of asphyxiation. Most likely a combination of drugs and stress of the situation. I still think Chauvin is a dick who mishandled this situation. He deserves some sort of punishment. But the person to really be blamed here is Floyd, for being a criminal who doesn't know how to act after being caught.
It's hard to imagine the repercussions that this incident has caused across all sectors of society. BTW, United Airlines announced today that they will make sure that 50% of pilots are minorities. Think about that for a minute. Picking airline pilots based on skin color.
The Floyd incident has given strength to the Woke mob. It has opened the door to all sorts of irrational ideas that are now infecting all parts of society. Believe it or not, I would argue that this incident is changing the world with a comparable impact as 9/11 did.
One criminal that would otherwise would have probably overdosed in a street corner, or be killed by his peers in the ghetto, in his own stupidity by refusing the get in a police's car, has changed much of the world.

Why I care about people who see racism everywhere
by StephaneLaliberte intoday, i was watching a tv show and a black celebrity in quebec said that his latest incident of racial profiling was being asked questions by the police as he was walking in a quiet neighborhood at 2am while wearing a hoody.
then the other guest next to him validated his claim saying that she, as a white women, was never stopped like this by the police.
i became very frustrated and agitated.

Calling someone or something "racist" should be done carefully.
Not anymore. It is now a simple (and often effective) way to try to silence others, or to shut down policy that is against one's own ideology.
For example the voting law that went into effect in Georgia. Didn't favor the left, so as expected they immediately called it racism, just like they do with everything else. That is the new move.
Being called a racist carried some weight, but it's getting to the point where it will be meaningless. It will get much worse before it gets any better.

Colorado Mass Shooting
by Simon interrible news out of colorado this morning of a mass shooting in a supermarket leaving 10 dead.. missing from the homepage of cnn is any description of the shooter.
that's because it's a muslim refugee from syria who was apparently anti-trump and not a "maga white guy" which would otherwise be included in every headline.. more kids in cages than ever before (but strangely, now no one in the media seems to care) and now this.. biden doesn't have the magic wand he promised after all, right?.

you consider the fact the M16 was actually developed and made by armour lite you are really splitting hairs if you think there is much difference between an AR-15 and a M-16 carbine . ( or whatever it is called now).
Yes there is a big difference. The AR 15 is not an assault weapon, you press the trigger and it shoots one bullet. In the state that I live in, an AR 15 can only have a maximum of 10 bullets, the same maximum as a handgun.
Part of the problem is that the design of the AR 15 looks like a military weapon, but it's just a rifle.
