About Dan Sydlik...
by Patriot ini was talking to one of my brother-in-laws about his time in bethel.
he put in about 5 years.. anyway, i mentioned the post about lyman calling the new black brother "nigger", and he also said that it did not surprise him.. but what i found even funnier was the experience he had with dan.
dan sydlik had been staying at the bossert hotel while his apartment was getting renovated.

MM, he's not wimp, I can vouche for that. He's 6'8" and about 260lbs.
The problem is that if are not expecting something like that, even a not so hard puch can knock the wind out of you.
Problem with my bro. was that he was still taking the "crust out of his eyes" when he got punched!

I was talking to one of my brother-in-laws about his time in bethel. He put in about 5 years.
Anyway, I mentioned the post about Lyman calling the new black brother "nigger", and He also said that it did not surprise him.But what I found even funnier was the experience he had with Dan. Dan Sydlik had been staying at the Bossert hotel while his apartment was getting renovated. He was on his way to morning worship and got in the elevator where my bro-in-law was already.
My bro. asked Sydlik how he was doing that morning and he replied "I'm Grand!, how about you? My bro. said "well, ok but I'm kind of tired". Sydlik said: "Your tired? ...really..well I got something that will fix you right up" My bro responded by asking:" Really..what?"
To that Dan Sydlik turned to him and punched him right in the stomach, knocking the wind out of him and leaving him in the elevator cacthing his breath while Dan just walked out on his way to morning worship.
This is a true and accurate account of what happened on that day. Why he acted that way or if Dan was always like that, we don't know. But it still sickening to know that he has (or had) that kind of unchallenged power.

One day your gonna get caught
by chezza injust thought it would be fun to see all the ways people have been caught in the middle of something, i recently was so embarrassed as i travelled to canada to visit my boyfriend, after we went to the movies we got rather heated in the car shall we say, mind you the car was packed away from all other cars, needless to say as soon as we got our pants down and started to get into motion ;-) a light shone through the window of the car, and guess what, a nice security guard was standing there, i was so embarrassed, he told us we shouldnt be doing that here, what made it even more embarrassing was the fact that we were both over 30 years old and i never ever got caught in the act when i was a teenager, oh wait thats coz i was a dub and didnt have a life.. so come on guys and girls give us all a laugh and tell us your story.

LOL..
You know how many peolpe I've caught in "the act"?. Probably the most embarrased was an older couple who was in the parking lot of a public park (which closes at dusk) and were at it like teenagers.
I did not know how old they were but when I flashed my light at them in the foggy steam filled car, he got off of her and I got to see that she was at least 50. They quickly got dressed up and left. She could not even look up.
Sorry

Thanks Wasasister.
I believe that nearly all, if not indeed all the money that would be earned would be attributed to the dog. Without him I can't perform the duties for which someone would want to hire me in the first place.
Working security without the dog only brings me a few hundred dollars a month as opposed to having the trained K9, which according to a friend of mine who is a security consultant, would probably bring in at least a 1500 part time.
The price of the dog and its training is probably a steal compared to that of getting it done here in NYC. I'm looking at a kennel in Texas and their rates are very reasonable.

Thanks guys for the info. The expense is going to be for a bomb detecting dog. I have put alot of thought into it and would like to work on my days off with the new dog in the private sector.
I cant use Bart because that is not his function and I can't have him trained because he really does not belong to me...he's the departments' property.
I am looking to know how much I am entitled to recover from an expense this big. 40%,50?
