Which WT was it? Date?
The OP was talking about the October 15,2015 issue; article "Serve Jehovah without distraction"
after sitting through last sunday's watchtower i got so sick of seeing the bobbing/nodding heads when talking about the pictures.
they act like god himself took the picture.
there must have been 10 comments about the group in service and the one brother was looking at his phone with a smile, which is a dead give away that he was reading something interesting.. what got me was how the older brother in the posed picture had a bible in his hand had a stern look on his face looking at the young brother.

this is a great video.
i think it's his best work so far.
everything you ever wanted to know about 607 in 30 minutes.
Why was it 606 in the first place?
1914-2520= 606... oops, forgot the zero year thingy, no probs, we'll just make it 607 so 1914 still works.

Ich3b before making insidious insinuations could you please research "stalking"
Wikipedia:
Stalking is unwanted or obsessive attention by an individual or group toward another person. Stalking behaviors are related to harassment and intimidation and may include following the victim in person or monitoring them.
Although I have just signed up I have been watching your comments very closely.
Sounds like a stalker to me.
And how would anyone but a stalker know this?"
You assume that Marc and Cora are somehow "brainwashed" by Mike and Kim, yet you yourself have not even bothered to seek the facts on the matter.
Which raise another question, How would anyone but Marc and or Cora know this? So, who are you? Marc or Cora?
Edited to add that I had never heard of jookbeard before this thread. Just thought your comments were really creepy.

I am sorry but need help understanding this, who are Mike and Kim, how has someone obtained the legal title to the books?
Mike and Kim are self-righteous hypocrites who had the same copyright violation on their website while they were railing against someone else for violating it.
The good news is that it seems like the legal owner of the copyright is going to make legit copies available again.
i remember at my teen years when i was studying with a brother that he said to me that there was no rain before the flood.
instead there was this mist that you have.
never before or after this have i heard something like this.

Except they don't work for WTBS they belong to "THE WORLDWIDE ORDER OF SPECIAL FULL-TIME SERVANTS OF JEHOVAH’S WITNESSES"
And the following is on their application:
READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY
This application is an expression of my personal desire to be a member of the Bethel family in the Worldwide Order of Special Full-Time Servants of Jehovah’s
Witnesses. If accepted, I will give that assignment of service priority over all other activities. I will be diligent in taking full advantage of the provisions for study and
discussion of God’s Word that are made for the Bethel family, including attending morning worship and the Monday evening Watchtower Study. I will also share regularly
in the field service and in the meetings of the congregation that I attend. I will at all times conduct myself in full harmony with all the regulations that apply to the
Bethel family—such as matters having to do with secular work and the high standards of dress and grooming—as well as the counsel of God’s Word that applies to all
Christians. I will be content and satisfied with the modest support that I receive from the Order as long as I am privileged to serve at Bethel. Should I choose to leave
the Order or should Bethel determine that I no longer qualify to serve in the Order, I will not expect any remuneration. (Matt. 6:30-33; 1 Tim. 6:6-8; Heb. 13:5) I recognize
that Bethel has the right to determine if and when my membership should be terminated.
I hereby consent to the collection and processing of my personal data necessary for the evaluation of my application to serve as a member of the Worldwide Order
of Special Full-Time Servants of Jehovah’s Witnesses (the “Worldwide Order”). I further consent to the branch office of Jehovah’s Witnesses that administers the activities
of Jehovah’s Witnesses in my geographic area processing and retaining for its use the information found on this application and any additional information that may be
submitted in connection with my application by individuals serving as elders of Jehovah’s Witnesses or by me. I understand that the transfer of my personal data to the
branch office of Jehovah’s Witnesses and to the ecclesiastical Governing Body of Jehovah’s Witnesses (the “Governing Body”) in the state of New York, United States of
America, may be necessary for the evaluation of my application to serve as a member of the Worldwide Order. I authorize the transfer to the Governing Body of the
information found on this application and any additional personal information that the Governing Body deems necessary regarding my capacity to serve as a member
of the Worldwide Order

TO ALL BODIES OF ELDERS
Re: Reading scriptures at the Watchtower Study
Dear Brothers:
In January 2008, all bodies of elders were provided direction on how to handle the reading of texts marked “read” when conducting the Watchtower Study. At this time, we are pleased to reissue that direction for the benefit of those not familiar with it.
Should texts marked “read” be read by the assigned paragraph reader, or may someone else from the audience read such scriptures? This decision is left to the judgment of the Watchtower Study conductor. Nevertheless, texts marked “read” should be read by someone who reads well.
When should texts marked “read” be read? For the most part, this is being left to the discretion of the Watchtower Study conductor. At times, texts marked “read” will be cited at the very beginning of a paragraph, such as in a verse-by-verse consideration of a Bible passage. In that case, the texts should be read before the reading of the paragraph. However, other texts marked “read” might be read before the question is asked, particularly if the answer to the question is found in the scripture. Still other texts marked “read” may be read at some point during the general discussion of the material when other cited verses are considered. Please note that whereas in our audio recordings of The Watchtower texts marked “read” are read at the point that they are cited in the paragraph, this is not a pattern to be followed in the congregation Watchtower Study. At our congregation meetings, paragraph reading should be uninterrupted.
It will be advantageous for bodies of elders to review periodically the direction in the Shepherding textbook, chapter 2, paragraphs 24 and 25. In view of the foregoing, each elder should make the notation “See letter dated April 22, 2012, to all bodies of elders regarding reading scriptures at the Watchtower Study” next to the fifth bullet point of paragraph 25 in chapter 2 of the Shepherding textbook. For the meaning of the word “compare” when used before a cited scripture text, please refer back to The Watchtower of January 15, 2008, page 3, paragraph 4.
Please be assured of our appreciation for the fine work of Watchtower Study conductors in helping congregations get the sense of the spiritual food being supplied at the proper time.
We send our warm Christian love and best wishes.
there were always all types of speakers in the org.
myself, growing up a "witness", must have heard all types of talks, and given by all manner of speakers, especially on sundays, when almost every week we would get a "visiting" brother giving the public talk.. sometimes, you would have a "great" speaker, all fluent and animated.
other times we would get a comical speaker, one who would maybe purposelly get a few laughs outta the audience.
I'm still looking for that mp3...
JWTALK may have it, but I'm not welcome on their site
Here you go wifibandit, consider it an early Christmas present from your friends over at jwtalk
every flea market i go to a group of idiots sits under a tent top with a few mags on display with a cup of coffee playing on a phone with as much interest in pushing the cult as a teenage girl at the check out line has in bagging your groceries.
when i was in the cult we had to work for our time.
now its like sitting at the coffee shop bsing with the other cult idiots counting time for your pioneer status.
Actually, they are following instructions from the Borg:
*** km 7/13 p. 5 pars. 4-5 New Initiatives for Public Witnessing ***
4 How the Witnessing Is Done: Those involved in special metropolitan public witnessing usually wait for someone to come to the table or mobile display. When someone approaches, he is invited to take any literature that interests him. The pioneers gladly answer from the Scriptures any questions he may have. If he takes literature, the pioneers do not mention the donation arrangement. But if he inquires about how our work is funded, they may explain that donations can be sent to the address listed in the literature. When possible, they ask: “Would you like someone to visit your home?” or “Are you aware that a free Bible study comes with that publication?”
5 Sharing in this initiative has been very rewarding. One couple wrote: “Standing at the table and seeing thousands of people go by each day has impressed upon our hearts the vast work that is being done to reach people all around the world. Seeing these masses of people and thinking about how Jehovah truly cares for each person has strengthened our resolve to continue putting the preaching work at the center of our lives. We imagine Jehovah scanning the hearts of all those who pass by the table, searching for those who are worthy. We have rarely felt so close to our angelic coworkers.”
