hi, for over a year, i stopped attending meeting and field service.
actually, passively disassociated from the congregation.
but i did not stop reading and doing my own research.
I agree too, since my awakening & fading I donate more to charities & when I see homeless people asking for money I give them & leave it on their conscious as to what they want to spend on...
My coworkers have said I looked less stress & anxious, I actually engage in their conversations alot more & don't judge them or what they do in their lives, not my business. ..
it has to be starting to fade somehow.
the very last time i went out in field service, hardly any were out.
maybe just about nine people were out and man if you could just see their faces.
I do believe many JWs are just burned out & the schedule is soo perfunctory that it gets soo exhausting.... there were many times by the end of the service mtg we would have rainy days debate whether to go out D2D or not people start talking having hot coco & coffee, that is the time i would see them get all happy for just associating.... & especially cuz D2D was cancel no one would say it's canceled but it was implied.... I'm soo glad I don't do any of that anymore
there is a limit to how much straw (long yellow grass) a camel can carry on its back.
if you keep putting more straw on top, it will finally break the camel's back.
when you are at the last straw you are finally angry and will not take any more.. my moment (to stop attending all watchtower meetings) was after the harsh treatment from the elders and fellow congregation members of my second cousin who was disfellowhipped as a teenager.
this is not an attempt to 'straightjacket' anyone into a fixed interpretative perspective.
so set your mind free and see satan and his demons if you reallynwant to adopt a possible jw perspective.

congregations get an annual letter that tells what can be ordered for literature (it's mainly a list of audio cds/dvds for the deaf), but this time it included publications that will be discontinued, and this included the isaiah's prophecy book and the reasoning book, and i think i saw the draw close to jehovah book.
i meant to take a picture of the letter but forgot.
the branch is only going to give what they have on stock, when that stock depletes that's it, you won't be able to order those publications anymore.. this is in canada so i don't know if this is worldwide..
I also believe that in the future they will stop offering the WT library that has WT all the way to 1960s, it's too much exposure to researching all the fail prophecies in 1975... so get them while you still can.... not printing "spiritual food" at the proper time so they fed us junk food??!!!!

It first came about with seeing the yahoo article trending of the australia Royal commision of child sex abuse, I looked up the videos on YouTube & came across a couple who left JW, they mention false prophecies & they brought up the part of WT being a UN member, that was the beginning....Those 2 were major discoveries for me, because immediately I knew at that moment we are the same as other false religions if true....compromising their neutrality is very hypocritical....
Until recently I discovered also how the followers of Johannes Gerber & his spiritist wife claim that Jehovah's Witnesses champion their bible translation... that was shocking & it disgusted me that they would go that far to fit their doctrines when they did something that GOD detests... the NWT being soo flawed, I refuse to use it after discovering that....
i need some advice guys.
