We have long predicted the "no longer a JW" applying to inactive witnisses, could this be the official launch of shunning/DF'ing inactive JW's? Making the stage announcement after 1 year of inactivity?

can anyone verify this is true?
everything else presented at the meeting has been verified except this.
I heard informally that the 10 hour pioneer was a way to encourage inactive dubs, didn't get a detailed explanation and I didn't push for more,

as mentioned, they fired CTR.
in many ways this seems small, but I am getting the feeling it was a targeted move among the recent change re the last days only 1919 F&DS.
By firing CTR there is a softening of the signifigance of any abandonment of CTR's long held teachings.
144 symbolic, 1914 dropped (although 1914 as it stands now was created by the "official" F&DS) or changed, drop Watchtower and rebrand to JW or JW.org, become more mainstream and less doomsday seeker religion. etc etc

not faith testing. this was tested back in the 90's with the Nephunim analogy. It just fizzled away without any real conversation

I posted elsewhere that I suspect the reason behind the the recent 1914 revival is not to embed it, but to prepare the R&F for a change.
If they don't understand it now, they will be more confused with a change. If they can be comfortable with the "math" now, the change can be slighly introduced in a way that doesn't shock their system so to speak. it will just be a minor change to one variable but that will change the whole thing... kind of like 606 to 607 & no zero year changes but this time its enough to knock out 1914, at least as a starting point for all last days prophecies or to align the 587BCE destruction of Jerusalem into the JW eschatology
perhaps the 7 times really are just 7 years? perhaps the 3.5 times will be disconnected from Daniel? these are big shake ups to the old school JW for sure

I think a huge change in literature, e.g. combining the WT and Asleep! into a JW.org magazine would be significant. . .
this has been my speculation. A complete rebranding of the WTS. Watchower only existing as the study edition so they can say its been continuous since 1874 or whatever. Other than that, JW(.org) Magazine. The WTS will be renamed with JW something or other
but I don't see this being "faith testing". The mags have been revamped as if to prepare for this change already without a blink and the R&F are eating up the JW.org bit.
lets think about it, we have all discussed ad nauseum what the BOrg could do to cause a mass exodus and we can't really come up with anything short of major criminal charges
the only doctrinal changes that could really test the faith of the R&F is a major shift in the 1914 teaching (perhaps tied with a 607 change).
they would never make a big pomp about blood with a zone visit, they would phase this in over decades. Anything other big change wouldn't be that big. What else could they change that hasn't been already?

Evolution is a giant roulette table in the sky with a trillion or more to 1 chance of happening.
*** this argument always makes me laugh. Forget what the odds of an ominpotent god existing out of nothing is, but a trillion to 1 might as well be a 100% chance of happening when you have unlimited time. Of course a trillion to 1 is your figure, I'd say more like 14.5 Billion : 1, which of course as we all know did in fact happen just as the statistic predicts.
