I myself personally believe that he did record his JC meeting. I think he is just hiding the fact that he did. Just think, if you had some damming evidence against watchtower you would want to have all the physical evidence you could get. He just does not want to tell people he has it, so they do not bug him to release the recording because there is very damming information (talk of pedophilia or suspected pedophilia...etc.) and some kind of "blackmail" going on in that recording. From WT or Lloyd or both. This would make the statement of "I'm not going to record it. I'm not going to make any efforts to record it and the reason why I'm not going to be recording it is because I don't want anything to hide" make sense. He wanted to be able to talk freely (bully, harass, blackmail...etc.) and not have to hide what he says and how it was going to look or be talked about in the exjw community. If he was going to record it to be released, he would not want to go into detail and the JC was the only chance to confront WT.

I was just reading some of the other threads on this site about Lloyd Evans and wanted to coment on this from another thread:

That plays right in Lloyd's hand, turning the argument from him to Christians vs Atheists. What he did is universally unacceptable for an advocate of sexually abused women whether you're a Christian or Atheist

I myself am a survivor of CSA (not from WT) and I do not care if you had sex with every prostitute in Thailand! That is your business not ours. I had a first cousin that was a prostitute. Although she was killed by Gary Ridgeway (Green River Killer), but that is neither here nor there. The thing I (and I suspect other CSA survivors) take issue with is that you are purporting to advocate for CSA survivors and victims! Im sorry but I do not want you near any issues that have anything to do with CSA survivors and victims! This is what is not getting through to you it seems. If you would just step up and say you are going to step back from your advocacy of CSA survivors and victims I suspect it would go a lot to alleviating the pain that you and the exjw community are experiencing. Can you just even admit that your involvement with CSA survivors and victims is muddled at best? We have to try to start healing somehow and this little step would be some forward progress.

This is the best saying that sums this whole thing up. If you want to alienate the whole community and make trouble for the past 10+ years eventually karma is going to catch up with you Lloyd Evans.

Do you not ever think why a lot of the exjw community was chomping at the bit to jump all over you for this last stunt of yours? Could it be that you are getting your just desserts now that you needed then?

Forever alone the answer to your statement regarding helping fund the magnificent seven ABSOLUTELY YES count me in

I was thinking that they could hire Croatian lawyers to try to counteract what LE's lawyers are possibly doing unchallenged by any defense representation. A hired lawyer could get the documents that LE has filed with the court instead of waiting on someone else. Imagine how completely and utterly humiliated in court he would be with an opposing side represented! The magnificent seven will have access to all discovery from the prosecution. Stuff that LE might not want shown to the magnificent seven or the exjw community. The magnificent seven are not the only ones that are on trial here. The integrity of the exjw community is at stake. We have to get this guy out! I know this would not come cheap and some or all of the magnificent seven may not have the funds to do this. Hence the fundraiser.

I propose that one of the magnificent seven create the fundraiser or if they do not want to I propose Simon if he doesn't mind that is.
