I found this on the kiwifarms thread about Lloyd. Someone has made the domain name of lloydevansDOTnet and added a bit to it. Does anyone know who has made this domain name? I just thought you guys might like this bit of information.

Is the act of “criminal defamation” a “criminal offence” at the locations of where the M7 committed the “crimes”?
First you would have to prove that it is defamation in the first place.
What Is Defamation? Defamation is a false statement presented as a fact that causes injury or damage to the character of the person it is about. An example is “Tom Smith stole money from his employer.” If this is untrue and if making the statement damages Tom's reputation or ability to work, it is defamation.
First an accuser would have to prove that the statement or statements are "false statement(s)" before anything can be labeled as "criminal". This shuts down his case before it can even leave the ground. Nothing that I have seen that the M7 has posted is false. Can anyone provide any examples that can be construed as a false statement that any of the M7 has posted that Lloyd may be referring too here? Is there anything that the M7 has stated that could be considered a grey area in this regard?

what I am saying that both “crimes” are within the “criminal” designation and therefore have the same burden of proof...The responsibility is with Lloyd to prove his case
I know it is this way in US law and it is maybe this way in AU law (you would know), but is it the same in Croatian law?

It really would depend on Croatian law. I do not even know if Croatian law has child support or alimony, and I can't be arsed to look it up.
When this case fails, he deserves all the shit he's going to get.

If he is such an expert in legal issues, how come he did not know that this legal issue with the M7 was going to go nowhere? Oh wait, he is a legal expert in British law not Croatian law. Gotcha! LOL!

I feel I owe you an apology for my post after your initial one. Sometimes when there comes someone on here that seems to support Lloyd, I do get my feathers in a bunch. I fail to realize that maybe the person behind the screen has no idea who and what Lloyd really is. This is why we keep this thread alive hoping that people such as yourself can come in here and get the truth about Lloyd and the past history he has had with the exjw community. We hope that you will stay around and continue to get the truth about this situation.

I have been gathering evidence about your trips abroad London for speed dating, Texas, and of course Thailand every 3 or 4 months for the past five years,
@Debra Lloyd did NOT go to Thailand every 3 or 4 months. The only thing we know is that he went to Thailand 1 time, and we do not really know if he went there specifically for sex with prostitutes. Could you please update your evidence to show this? Or do you have evidence we do not know about?
I just can`t beleive so many pages have been spent in debating this guy`s life style ? Over such a long period of time ?

@smiddy3 the reason this has been going on so long is because we (the exjw community) have put up with his bullshit for too long and have let it all go by the wayside in the past because it was not worth holding grudges for. When he chooses to pursue legal action against some of our own that only told the truth that is not going to fly with us! We are sick of it and him! This is our line in the sand, and he crossed it! This shit will not stand with us anymore. If you want to stand by him that is your prerogative. We are not going anywhere! This will continue whether you like it or not!
