@whateveryousay We "adjudicate" the history and the behavior of the individuals in question to come to our conclusions as to who is right and who is wrong in the relevant portions of this debacle. Alot of us were of the opinion that you are at now in the very beginning of this. With careful research and observing the individuals we have come to "adjudicate" him guilty as charged. Critical thinking and intensive research and history have charged James Lloyd Evans 100% guilty.

This is insane to me, believing in something so important based on virtually nothing other than "it sounds like him" and some of you having "a confirmed source".
To us here on this forum who know that the "source" is indeed telling the truth on this one is not the target audience that we need to try to convince that this letter is indeed true and accurate. We here know that it is true. All I am saying is that we be careful of putting something on the blog/post/video etc.. of the 100% true stuff that is coming out of Lloyds own mouth with something that could potentially "sully" the whole thing. I can just hear the flying monkeys now. "This whole thing is made up! Look at that letter!"
I know it to be true. We know it to be true. I trust our "inside source" but the others who have wanted/want to "character assassinate" this source is going to be very wary of anything we put out without good enough proof to verify the source of the letter.
Still the "10th man".

Again with the letters. Does anyone have proof they are real? And how would anyone aside from Lloyd and his wife have access to them? Did the poster hack into their computers or something, and who is the person who posted them?
I'm all for seeking justice but anyone can make that up, I can write a letter in which Lloyd admits he's a furry and he like to run around in a bear costume. How is that proof of anything?
Amazingly I have to agree with whateveryousay on this one guys. We cannot just copy and paste stuff here and expect Lloyds very loyal followers to believe it to be true.
I'm a pink gorilla with orange pigtails that likes to eat turnips. Is this statement true? Who knows without proof.
Is there some way we can prove that this letter is true and factual?
Don't get me wrong I truly believe the letter to be true and accurate, but this is not going to convince the hard-core flying monkeys or anyone that is honestly searching for the truth about Lloyd Evans.

I know that to rent scuba equipment you have to at least have an "open water" diving certification, even in Thailand. I know someone who just got their SSI (Scuba Schools International) in Thailand. You have to have the SSI or a PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) certification to even rent diving equipment anywhere. I myself am PADI certified.
I highly doubt that he would spend the money and time to get certified.
To combine a liveaboard trip with a scuba diving course, a minimum of 3-4 days onboard is recommend as the Open Water course takes around 3 - 3.5 days to complete.
Another option is to complete your (Open Water) diving course from shore. One of the cheapest options available is to get your diving licence in Koh Tao, Thailand. Prices for a Open Water courses varies between USDS 200 - USD 300. Sometimes, free accommodation during the course is included.

We need to include in the compilation some of his early videos saying that he would never ask for money to make any of his videos. I have seen them, but I can't be arsed to go and fine them. They are really early videos of his though.

I agree 100%. Lloyd is probably "celebrating" now thinking he has beat them, at least Kim, now. Although I do completely understand why Kim made that video and do not blame her for feeling this way at all.

Here's an idea for that Lloyd-info webpage: grab a number of relevant posts from this topic to create a much more compact and concise page of info. Like a summary to get people caught up. Even though the early pages here are very useful, no one's going to slog through thousands of comments and they might miss some interesting commentary and discussion.
That is an excellent idea TonusOH!! We could share the document everywhere and they will know exactly what Lloyd has done in a concise form.
