Blondie ....I wish you were Australian. Angus Stewart of the Royal Commission would love you story.
I'm not going to tell my wife your story....it would make her so angry... she would love you so much.
anyone know whatever happened to former do paul illingworth?
he was teaching mts school for many years, but heard that he got out of the do work (before they got rid of the arrangement).
he was super intelligent and one of the "nicer" company men that i came across during my time in the borg.

so now that most of us have come to a semi truthful understanding that the witnesses are wrong about evolutionist, there is a certain question that i have always had.
now if you were to ask any jw, they'd recite a complete fallacy from scientist regarding this.
but what is you guys input of this.
I think the naysayers of science understand that it too is populated by humans with same strengths and failings that afflict all mankind.
Scientists are no more honest or dishonest than the general population.

My two bobs worth. I once did a brief study of science and scientists. That industry is riddled with all the usual jealousies, hates, accusations, scams and straight up lies that religions are blighted with.
If religion has disappointed you, science will too. Unfortunately it has promoted itself as honest disciplined searchers of truth.
hey i was just wondering if you guys had any ideas on how to keep my brain occupied while i'm at an assembly tommorow.
maybe besides tallying the number of times they say jehovah and jesus or counting how many people are wearing red.
i want to keep myself from going insane or having some kind of panic attack lol.
I have creative mind, always designing and engineering things in my head. Because the talks are so repetitive and mostly boring speakers, I had this ability to suddenly hear if something new or interesting was said.
Believe it or not, my best thoughts/ideas came to me during the meetings. I think the atmosphere gave me clarity of thought.
I'd do a thumbnail sketch on the edge of the Watchtower or something to keep the idea. My wife would give me a frown and a little disapproving shake of the head.
But she is delicious and her heart was broken when I was disfellowshiped for taking a stand against an elder who is a known compulsive liar. Now she is waiting for these wicked men and the org they represent to meet their deserved fate.
why the anticipation?.
"no one knows the day or hour", i thought?.
i knew this very mentally unstable jw woman years ago.
We must remember that the cry of peace and security must come before the end.
I fully expect this peace to be fully recognisable. How will we recognise this peace? Probably because there will be considerable peace and security before the declaration is made.
So when we have this peace that will be the time to declare the end is nigh.

hi everybody, does anybody know if geof jacksons father is still alive?.
i wonder if he would dare return to australia again, maybe for his funeral?.
I was just in the Toowoomba area last weekend to watch the Rugby League grand final with my father.
Its a shame the grand final wasn't this weekend. I would've dropped in and paid my respect. I would imagine there would be a crowd of sycophants there.
the operation "change midweek meeting" probably was a move to divert attention of the brotherhood from layoffs to betel and the ranks of special pioneers, a smokescreen for the pedophilia scandal !
!operation "change meeting infrra-weekly" is a smokescreen.
what do you think ?.
I had a young work mate who was also an elder. I got on quite well with him.
He was in a constant state of excitement about the number of changes occurring. It made him excited because "the end was sooo close". I would light heartedly rip him off by telling him I'd seen it all. I would call myself a child of the Armageddon generation, 1975 and all that. I would tell him to come back and talk to me after he's seen as many changes to the 'generation' as I have.
But there will be just too many changes, it will tire out the faithful and without a doubt there has become a great disconnect between elders and publishers. The end of the Watchtower as we know it is not that far away.
Jehovah will simply not tolerate this situation for too long. He has promised to look after his sheep.

He's doing a fine job of it now by his incompetence of explaining the Scriptures.
If he was to turn 180 degrees, wouldn't that mean he would have to leave, other than reveal a few inner secrets, how would he be a leader in the destruction of the Watchtower? He clearly revels in the position he has.

Thanks, I was just curious.
I'm hoping that when the Royal Commission starts up again they can get him over here to explain
Duet 22:25-27 again.
Angus Stewart was all over him in the scriptural debate and the written response from Jackson to the Commission a few weeks later to further explain that scripture is embarrassingly disgraceful.
I hope jehovah arranges it so he has to front up in person to defend his indefensible.
