If there is a "great architect" at all then, as far as im concerned, he/she/it/they are not worth worshiping and doesn't seem to be bothered whether we do or dont.
If it is the God of the bible or the Koran, the he's definitely not worth worshiping and i can fully understand Satan rebelling and becoming his adversary.
But no. I have no reason to believe in any "great architect".

abe called the poll specifically in reaction to the threat from pyongyang.

he asked for, and has now won, a mandate to change the pacifist nature of japan's constitution.

Good for Japan.
NK needs dealing with. Cant have missiles flying over your head from some bloated, deluded nutter with a bad hairdo and be willing to just take it.
Here's hoping NK's downfall is within my lifetime.

it goes like this..... yesterday my girlfriend said "honey, when you go out shopping can you buy me sellotape?".

YPA change of picture

anybody got any idea why the cover picture on the young people ask book was changed?

they removed the picture of the boy bottom right & superimposed a different head.

maybe the guy got dfd or maybe it was to change it to an asian guy rather than 2 caucasians?

Why pigs???

why did jesus supposedly cast the demons into a herd of pigs?.

(matt 8 / luke 8).

and, how were there so many demons inside one man, that when "released" by jesus, it took a whole pack of pigs to contain them??.

Why would Jesus obey the request of two demons anyway? They ask to be sent into the swine and he grants them that request. Why not just destroy them or send them into a rock or something?
For those who actually believe in exorcism, knowing the demons name is a prerequisite to commanding them to leave the person. It's interesting that the account in Mark and Luke we learn of a man with a demon. The demon says "Legion, for we are many". It's only in Matthew do we read that there's actually two possessed men. And Matthew doesnt mention Legion.

The Trinity Easily Explained in 29 Words

It's weird isn't it. The Catholic Church declares the God is 3 in 1 trinity and then gives the world
the bible
the scientific method
the college/university system
hospitals, foodbanks, orphanages, homeless shelters
and is the biggest charity on the world. It's just weird isn;t it?
No one else gave the world these kinds of fruits before.
Stupid trinatarians.
Have you never heard of William Tyndale? Martin Luther? John Wycliffe? How did the Catholic Church treat these men that tried to put the bible into the hands of everyday people?
Scientific method? Tell that to Richard Dawkins and Bill Nye.
As for hospitals, foodbanks, orphanages, homeless shelters - it's the least they could do for 800 years of burning people alive, torturing people, invading other countries, forcing natives to convert on pain of death (and then death anyway for most of them).
Biggest charity in the world? How much money does the Catholic church have? How many Catholics are still starving in Africa?
Cant beleive we're even having this discussion.

what a breath a fresh air to be free of watchtower.

now i can finally rant about the things i put up with that i'd never put up with now.. in no particular order:.

little kids in suits.

I just realized that i now only own one suit. I used to have four. FOUR!
And the one suit i own is one lovely expensive suit. I mean, the only time i'll need a suit is for special occasions right?
