“Selected congregations” will experience these changes, first anyway.

Its put out there as a taxation issue. It could have something to do with Watchtowers charity status, also could be something to do with hiding Watchtowers money at certain congregations so that it is off the official -getting their arses sued off- books.

I suspect that Watchtower will be transferring their wealth to “selected congregations” under the control of devout COs, so that when they lose the lawsuit, they can pull out their rabbit ears.

Another congregation bites the dust

went to the meeting last night with my believing wife.

the co was visiting and delivered a really cult-ish talk on loyalty but that's another story.. they made the announcement that starting january 1st they were going to have only 3 congregations in this town instead of 4.. they are dissolving one and growing the territories of the remaining 3. the reason given is that many of the elders are getting up there in age and can't do what they used to do.

basically not enough elders and ministerial servants...or even men reaching out for that matter.

This past week, they put on the pressure. The bent of the discussion from the platform was that brothers who are not reaching out to be elders and ms are showing lack of faith and are apostate leaning...

However, the genocides to which you refer occurred between 1904 - 1907 which was more than ten years after this article was written. I do not believe it is true that anyone viewed Germany as genocidal at that time.

I appreciate what you point out, however, this is not just “anyone” we are talking about. This is someone who was supposedly chosen specifically by the most high god, all powerful being etc

You can open the bound volumes from CTR to almost any page and find there's something that makes you want to hurl.

Nothing JWs are told about this man is true, and you become acutely aware how how much Watchtower has lied as you peruse those volumes.
