"We never solicit donations" - really?

inspired by this weeks clam article which again "reminds" the brothers pdf their obligation/privilege to donate "voluntarily" i have complied a list of articles or videos in the last 5 years where donations are indeed solicited or encouraged.

the society may argue that these are not actual solicitations because no plate was passed around.

but a donation box is just a more discrete and subtle version of the plate.

I wonder if Watchtower will soon carry an article that includes Bitcoin donations. Bitcoin will still be legal tender on the new system.

aside from obvious things that most people agree on, like theft being wrong and the importance of family, i can't think of a single thing i agree with the jws on, nothing that's specific to their religion anyway.

I agree with Watchtower that religious bodies should partner with the United Nations. I also agree with Watchtower that the Awake should regularly contain articles “favorable to the United Nations and its objectives and programs “ And I agree with Watchtower that we should “agree to the Charter of the United Nations”.

But I also agree with Watchtower that the truth of the situation should be kept from the rank and file members

But but, I disagree with Watchtower that there should be two witnesses whenever a child is sexually abused, because that’s hard on the witnesses, they would get PTSD

Does anybody know where there is a download link for the current WT Library CD?

i am looking to do some research and i would like to find a download link for the current (or latest possible) watchtower cd.

i don't trust what they have online and it does not go back far enough anyway.

the most current cd i have right now is 2011 and i was hoping to find a newer one that may that the new stuff on the fds.

I’m more and more of the opinion that certain Israeli linked factions are in control of the organization and are milking it. They allow the g-fools to run it like a circus to keep it going. But they must see the end coming, hence the sell off etc.

What is taught is just the BS smokescreen allowed to persist for the sake of conversation. Noise. And the level of hypocrisy is allowed for irony sake.

Theres some rich Jews somewhere laughing hysterically.

As far as posting his books in PDF or otherwise, there’s some “person” who claims to have Ray’s copyrights, who refuses to let anyone read his work, and who will put an order against anyone who posts it, and Simon will remove even the discussion about such from this site, so this thread will soon disappear, when Simon gets back from wherever he is.

New Resolution

was anyone told today that there will be a new resolution coming in two weeks about tax receipts and donations?

there will be new changes to how these are handled.

we had a phone call tonight and our friend stated that it wouldn't be mentioned until another two weeks.

I’m suspecting that there will be several congregations in Ontario that will have a bank account, unbeknownst to them, containing tens, if not hundreds of millions of dollars.

The Watchtower, through their yes-man the CO, will manage the money for “a return”.

The money will still be under the control of the g-boobs, but any legal victory against Watchtower will not touch these now separated funds.

Same spiritual control that began in 2000yr.

That year, the g-boobs recused themselves as the legal controllers of the Watchtower. They were the board of directors and would have been legal targets.

Now, the new board of directors, the new legal targets, are nobodies. The new BOD is under the full spiritual control of the g-boobs.

So, the g-boobs are behind a protective wall, yet firmly in control.

Same thing can now be done in Ontario with the loot. Individual Congo’s will be in control of the loot by means of the CO, and the CO is under spiritual control by the g-boobs.

The money is there, right there... but so far away from any lawsuit.

And now, that loot is earning income legally.
