This thread should be examined by psychology students to show the glaring difference between those that use critical thinking when making a judgment and those that allow cognitive bias to creep into their judgment.

Comment: You place so much emphasis on the Rolex. Do you know that it is real? NO. Do you know that he didn't get it as a gift? NO. There's nothing wrong with Tony having a drink.
And there was nothing wrong with Tony affiliating with the United Nations either.
In fact, that was the most noble thing the Watchtower ever did, affiliating with the UN, agreeing with its principles and its charter, and printing Awake magazine articles that promoted the United Nations and its programmes.
And submitting those articles faithfully to the United Nations Department of Public Information 801 First St. NYC NY for their approval.
Nothing wrong at all.

Everyone is a spectator.
Did Jesus tell his apostles to invite as many spectators as they could get?
When Jesus said, “do this in remembrance of me”, he didn’t imply a load of spectators merely passing it by, shunning the cup and the bread.
When the cup was passed, it was meant to be drank. This demonstrates unity of the church, sharing the cup.
It demonstrates nothing, save maybe contempt for the blood of Christ, to show up and pass a cup around.
