Your Thoughts: My wife said...her service friend. speculated Prince would leave his vast fortune to the Society!
by goingthruthemotions inso, talking with my wife yesterday.
she was out cart witnessing (barf) and one of the people she was with claimed to have know prince, or meet him or something like that.
well anyways...they or her or someone (they are all braindoogled) speculated or fantasized that since prince did not have any relatives or something or the other.

I liked the guy, but if any normal r&f jw dressed or acted like him, they would have been df'd and/or never claimed the person to be a Jw. -

If the media has something positive to say about the jw's, then jw's will share those posts on social media, but heaven forbid anyone talk bad about them and print truthful negative stuff..........turn a deaf ear and blinding eye and run like the wind in the opposite direction! -

"Furthermore, forwarding research material, verses extracted for Bible study, or answers to use at congregation meetings would detract from the value of each individual’s personal preparation."
"And what should you do if you find slanderous news about Jehovah’s organization on the Internet? Such material should be firmly rejected. Some feel that they must bring it to the attention of others to get their opinion, but all that does is propagate the malicious information. If we feel troubled about something we see on the Internet, we should ask Jehovah for wisdom and speak to mature brothers about it. (Jas. 1:5, 6; Jude 22, 23) Jesus, who was the object of false accusations, warned his followers that enemies would persecute them and “lyingly say every sort of wicked thing against [them].” (Matt. 5:11; 11:19; John 10:19-21) We need to use “thinking ability” and “discernment” to identify “the man speaking perverse things” and those “whose entire course is devious.”
" Above all, love refuses to believe malevolent insinuations about Jehovah’s organization or lies about our brothers that are circulated by people who are slaves to “the father of the lie,” Satan the Devil."
I can see how someone would read this and wake up to the crap being published. So even if its true, do not believe what you read about the org if it isn't positive news.

Circuit Overseer say. . .
by Ringo inlast night i had to suffer through the bs spouted by the new co. some garbage about the bible transforming us as people.
he went on and on about how we can look good to people at the hall who see the outside, but the bible will tell us what we are inside.. then he proceeded to use a few select verses to say sex is bad and so is the desire for it.
a healthy bank account or savings is wrong, shouldn't have that either.

I was always told there are no rules only principles also. It always made me mad cause everyone knows there are a thousand rules. But for the most part i don't think many really take the counsel to heart. I'm sure some were like me and would sit and listen, tell him what he wants to hear for a week and then just forget about him once he left. -

Beheadings happen at all birthday parties remember? I went to my first one in twenty years a few months ago and had a great time. Then i remembered what i missed the most about going to birthdays and holidays.....spending time with family. Its a shame that is taken away from people in the borg. -

Todays WT about young people not following the bad example of their parents
by konceptual99 inso the wt today had some paragraphs that told young people they could make their own stand for da troof.... 2 since we live in a fierce, loveless world, it is no surprise that many children have to grow up without the benefit of loving, protective parents.
(2 tim.
3:1-5) many christians today come from painful family backgrounds, but they have built close friendships with jehovah.

A woman made a comment at the WT study today, she said that some in your family might not like that you are becoming a jw and you might have to pull away from your family, but rest assured you have a great big spiritual family at the KH!
I was sickened by the comment personally, they absolutely do break up families.

Embellished assembly interviews/"experiences"
by ab.ortega inoh how wonderful those experiences at assemblies and "schools" are - not.
at times it seemed as if these "experiences" were scripted.
the speaker gets criteria in the outline regarding what the experience or interview has to be about.

Exactly why its hard to believe any of the experiences they publish in any of their articles. And the experiences where the angels direct witnesses to people about to commit suicide, it seems every religion has that exact same experience. Its all feel good bs. -

Never admitting they are wrong on anything, and using that "new light" crap to explain it away.
