SEX BETWEEN CONSENTING ADULTS NOT WRONG

i replied to a lesbian on the quora website who tried to state that god destroyed sodom because of the violent rape the people were trying to commit, not because they were homosexuals.

her argument perperuated so often was that it stated nothing about sex between "two consenting adults".

but, instead of using the bible scriptures such as a man shall not lay down with another as a woman, i used something else you never hear anyone use.... i told her to look to genesis 6:1-4 .

It is the account where the angels in heaven looked down at woman of the earth and desired them so came down and took the form of men and took wives and had wicked children who ruined the earth so, God had to bring the flood to destroy them or there would have been no one righteous left. I pointed out that this showed a few things at once. First, that woman was made from and for man because, nothing like them existed in heaven or the angels wouldn't have needed to forsake heaven to come to earth to sin against God by doing so. Also, it showed that this desire and act was wrong even between two consenting adults who were even male and female type because, it was not God's purpose for them to have sex and or have children just because they desired so much to do so. Finally, it showed that by creating children in a situation unatural to God's intended purpose the final result will turn out to be the tipping point for damnation just as it was with the Flood and Sodom and Gomorrah. She chimed back that using mythical creations to answer was flawed. I told her that if she took away everything to do with God and the scriptures, then she was correct that there is nothing wrong with sex between two consenting adults, but, add God and his purpose and its Sin worthy of destruction.

GENDER PRONOUNS

just to put it out there, the whole gender pronouns idea being pushed by the lgbtq+ minorities is just a way to try to hide the sin of homosexuality.

if you can void people talking about your true sexual identity then it seems there is no sin anymore if two they or them of the same sex are together.

example of the coverup: ("i don't identify as either gender"), so the kids i'm raising in a lesbian relationship need not speak of me as a mom or any other female term and we all don't have to feel any stigma attached to the true terms so, any shame we might feel is hidden anyway.

For those out there not buying the whole idea that a person should be lawfully called by the pronoun they choose or it becomes a hate crime, make sure you call it what it really is... a way to mask homosexual sin by ignoring true gender word use, NOT catering to a person's preferred pronoun term. Stick it to these people anytime they raise the idea as if YOUR at fault and trying to assult them by not being courteous enough to bend to their coverup!

1995 generation change

now, many years later, i remember the 1995 generation change, very well.. since early youth, hearing my father explaining in field service the 2520 years.

it was his main theme in the field.. with the change my doubts started.

with some jw friends we did not trust the organization anymore.

The trouble is guys, the GB promised it was Jehovah's PROMISE that the Generation of 1914 would NOT die off before seeing the fullfilment of this system of things. When you say something is Jehovah's PROMISE and it proves untrue ( whether you change the wording later to another time) doesn't matter. The definition of a false prophet in the scripture says the one who says something will come true in My Name but, doesn't - that prophet was not from me. This was Jehovah's way of showing that if a prophesy is stated to happen using his promise, that prophet is NOT from him. So by saying in print for many decades it was Jehovah's PROMISE the generation that wouldn't die off was those living from 1914, can be unexcusable for the GB who agreed to say it as fact. Then instead of admitting the GB was wrong about the situation, they said it was Jehovah's PEOPLE who speculated the 1914 timeframe because, they wanted to try and set a time. The later statement is NO way to explain the overlapping light. How can it be trusted if the Blame is placed on US when, we don't write the light? If anyone can argue THIS isn't what happened, please do!?

( Those living during 1914) with Certainty they said. These words failed, 117 years passed and still this promise by Spirit guided men who claimed to be Jehovah's mouthpiece, were wrong. Was Jehovah Wrong? Or do Jehovah's words fail ?-NO so, those words were not spirit directed by the GB. The scripture made it clear that the prophet who says things that do not come true are not from me. Would Jehovah allow so many to be hurt by a failed promise written down using his name? The GB take votes as to what they agree to put out in the publications or broadcast as New Light. How can a vote be God's Spirit? How can Truth be wrong and for so long? How can the GB blame "Jehovah's People" for speculating about when the fullfilment would come since, it was the GB who wrote these hopes down as Certain and from Jehovah? The fact is those in the lead should be held accountable for wrong Truths to show that the words were from themselves and Not from Jehovah who's word doesn't change! In Solomon's day the priest who went into the Holy of Holies had to measure up to JEHOVAH'S standards or he would die instantly and would be dragged out by other priest to bury. Stop letting unworthy prophets tell you they speak for Jehovah.

i had someone say that god lied because, adam didn't die that day but, the scriptures say to god a day is as a thousand years so, since adam lived 900+ years after eating , he indeed died within god's view of a day.

Finklestein, animals and insects weren't created to live forever, just as fruit and vegetables die after ripening. For those who have replied on here about God being cruel for drowning children in the flood, he also drowned out every animal besides those on the Ark. If you are of God's mindset, you can remember everything about each person and bring them back when you are ready. That's the genetic code he laid out in DNA. I'm sure you've heard the term "I brought you into this world, I can take you out'? With God you can add "I can bring you back too'. The immense power God has we cannot fathom. He made every star to radiate heat like our sun. It would be to us unimaginable to create the power ratio of just our sun let alone countless Trillions sustained as the Universes expand. Scientist always try to state creation in the Billions of Years ago aspect to make it all sound plausible because, if man was created 6 thousand years ago, and the rest we see 12-13 thousand years ago, it would have to have been created by God.

Adam could have put Jehovah In Paradox!

i'm going to be the first and throw this out there for others but, from careful study of the scriptures i've found a loophole that even adam who was perfect at the time missed!

i'm sure everyone has heard the conundrum about ,"can god create a rock he can't lift?

" and if he can't create one he can't lift, then god cannot do everything" well that doesn't really matter since we know jehovah says himself he cannot lie right?

I read various ones on here who try to make God out to be worse than Satan. Personally, I am understanding of why God doesn't allow any leaveway when he has told or given others in the past. It shows he doesn't change in his ideas to cater to man. Moses came down from the mountain and told everyone then that the paths they took would not only affect themselves but, the lives of their offspring and they must choose life. The same what he destroyed all Sodom and Gamorrah's bad inhabitants, he also didn't hold back from turning Lots own wife to salt when she didn't listen and looked back. Another instance was when one of the men helping to carry the Ark of the Covenant. The Ark swayed to its side and the man thinking it was going to capsize, touched it to straighten it back up. That man died instantly because, he touched the Ark which was forbidden. I have no worry about children who fell victim to the flood or any of the other instances because, he will resurrect them to a better world anyway. Sending Jesus showed his love. If you believe Jesus was Good, Jesus said if you have seen me, you've seen my father.

Adam and Eve would have fully understood death since some animals or insects would have died many times for them to know. They had never lied to God before so, they felt shame from the act and then even began the blame game. It's the same BLAME Game that continues to this day as apparent by the majority who post on here. God doesn't have to tell us anything but, what he doesn't want us to do which is usually of benefit to each other. God would not have killed off Adam and Eve in a literal One Day because, they would not have had children and then later Jesus would be born along man's line to fix the wrong Adam started for us. Anyone who Denies Adam existed, denies Jesus purpose was to die sinless to right Adam's sin and give us all one more chance to live forever, even Atheist have that chance. My post on here are never against God. Get that straight. My post are to point out flaws that GB have published as God's own word but, didn't come true and hurt many in God's name, or to point out interesting theories that I've never seen published anywhere else but, could have or could change the ideas written in the Bible. Like I stated in another tread, Adam could still be alive today if he had refused to have a child with Eve after eating the fruit. God had already uttered the first prophecy and it is written that God cannot say something and it not come true. If Adam had not bore a child with Eve for the first 1000 years, God's word would have became a lie. He would have had to keep Adam alive until he had a child or there would have not been a seed to bruise Satan. Anyone who says Adam couldn't refrain from Eve to save his Everlasting life is thinking with the wrong head. Some have said Adam was too childlike to have known and that isn't true. He knew fully what would happen, it is written that he did. Sure he sinned and then felt shame. Even With Sin didn't make Cain feel remorse for slaying his brother did it? I had replied on here from most who buy into not believing Adam even existed, Eve or maybe Satan even. But, I also had a intelligent replies from former Witnesses who read and agreed that my idea would have indeed been possible although it would have required solid determination. I know a mixture of people will read my comments and the main thing is to me that if any have lived and seen the GB publish writing that didn't come true but, put it out there as if it were fact in God's name, to hold those accountable but, Not God. I will never give in to my beliefs of God despite anything preached wrong by any religion. If God sees fault with me, it will be his alone to decide, not anyone else.

However, I do believe and anything I say on here is from the depths of my belief and knowledge. This topic I'm suggesting will be another one that should be a first on here and seem like something from s Sci-Fi script like my other topic about how (Adam could have MADE Jehovah let him live forever -see my other topics) this one though is in favor of the fact that man doesn't HAVE a soul but, instead IS a living soul just like the animals as Genesis says, and can die not live on. There has been a great debate about Cloning in the past decades and even religious groups think it is an abomination against God but, don't really understand it. I actually can't wait to see the first human clone! Why? Because, from the moment a person is shown they can be cloned, it will prove man doesn't have a soul. Because, if man has a soul it couldn't be split to make another man directly. It's one thing to make test tube children by fertilization or even move chromosomes to determine sex but, to make another human directly from a person's DNA will PROVE that Just like Animals, we are ALL living souls and when we die, our soul dies too! So...I just put it out there for everyone, hope that one gets you thinking!

This will make a lot of people angry but, it is absolutely true and only if you believe in God will it seem obvious although I've had an Elder get angry at me for saying it. God has only had a hand in making 3 human people directly. Adam, Eve and Jesus. I get tired of people thinking they have God given talents or that if they are gay say, God made me that way. God Only made Adam and Eve to reproduce and have children. He hasn't had a hand in it except for Jesus birth. How so?, Sure he knows each of us from the womb or can count our hairs but, Jehovah doesn't create anything to be imperfect. If you believe he has a hand in each life and how it will turn out than you are saying he makes a child be born without a leg or even dead. God doesn't create imperfection. We are all imperfect since Adam. He has seen the heart , not outside of those he chose through time to use for teaching us through deed and even those have failed him because, of imperfection. I tried telling this to an Elder and as he realized I boxed him in on it, he was furious. Fact is NO ONE has God Given Talents. Also, the term Unconditional Love a parent is supposed to have is a human made up word. Gays try to say: What about Unconditional Love?" God certainly puts Condition on Love or he would forgive Satan or even Adam. The human line is in the shape it is because of themselves. Anyone who claims God or deny he exist is just trying to pass the blame of why things are wrong all these thousands of years. No one wants to blame themselves but, they sure blame God!

Punkofnice , I wanted to respond to your question for me about if I believe in the God stuff. Some have responded that things in the Bible could be adjusted to fit some scriptural prophecy to make it work such as when I stated the 1000 years is a Day to God and, that the oldest man lived 969 years and Adam 900 plus showing they lived and died within 1 day according to God's word. I can tell you that when I went through school,the idea that man evolved from Apes was pushed but, along that line Neanderthal was primitive man. Now science itself admits that Neanderthal man was a separate species than Man with larger brains (which should make them more intelligent, grew more quickly and were the first to hunt animals). This idea was shown to be true in the Bible for at least since Moses day. It is why God brought the flood in the first place. After Satan caused the fall of man, other angels looked upon women of Earth and desired them so, they made Earthly bodies and had sex with women. The children of the angel/ human's were tyrants that went about causing bad and taking all that they wanted. - This is confirmed in the Bible. That is why God flooded the Earth, to destroy the bad line of angel children before there were no good people left to save. Today, scientist admit they cannot understand what happened to this other race since, they all vanished! Science has only come to this finding in the past 10-15 years tops so, the Bible's explanation was dead on even before Jesus day. If that fact doesn't show someone of higher power knew than nothing could convince them. Comments are indeed welcome.
