  If you believe evolution then some go off the rails like Lloyd did as there is no moral compass anymore and this just brings results that Lloyd has - suicidal extreme unhappiness having messed up everything and anyone in your life.

  This again. Being an atheist and believing in evolution doesn't mean you don't have a moral compass. We're stonecold atheist in our house and don't steal, lie, abuse anyone, etc. We work hard and contribute to charities...

  ...which is more than I can say for Witnesses. Stabilizing influence? They cover up CSA, I've known men in the religion to endorse domestic violence and child beatings, they blame the women for a husband's infidelities and abuses, and encourage you to think of your neighbors as the walking dead. They have far less of a moral compass than anyone I've met outisde the KH and create depressed, overworked, fearful congregants. Hardly a stabilizing influence.

  Lloyd's behavior is on Lloyd. He showed no regard for anyone around him in the religion and was already sexting "girls" even with that so-called stabilizing influence, so don't blame his atheism for his behavior. He's a toxic narcissist through and through.

  That's the whole point Jana; he shouldn't be covering that topic or even walking around free in society for that matter. He's an admitted criminal, taking advantage of an industry that is a huge reason why CSA exists.

  A man of any moral fiber would be rolling those topics into one another, pointing out that JWs are no different than corrupt governments who turn a blind eye to human trafficking and forced prostitution right under their noses. He would be decrying men who take advantage of corrupt governments to indulge themselves, like those in that documentary I posted, who make excuse after excuse for victimizing children, and who act like they're the real victims of society. Even the one man who was arrested in Thailand for victimizing an obvious child (he showed the documentary makers a picture of her and she looks 10 years old) said the GOVERNMENT was corrupt and HE wasn't being treated fairly.

  Instead of standing up against that behavior, Lloyd is doing the same thing they're doing, taking advantage of this horrific industry while making excuses for his bad behavior and pretending to care about victims just because they're victimized by someone else. Like the guy who blames the government for picking on him, he blames the M7 for daring to call out his behavior.

  His behavior is disgusting enough but the hypocrisy of calling himself a CSA advocate just makes it beyond obscene.

  Gee, I wonder why Lloyd went to Thailand. It wasn't for the fucking scuba diving! According to men in this documentary, it's those poor old men who deserve the pity for being lonely, that is so terrible in this world! And prostitution is great for the women since they have work and they sometimes get to ride on a motorbike.

  Sorry but i have no pity for anyone who supports him today. This is what they're supporting.

  As for Dijana, add to that the fact that they lived with her parents in her home country. If she was stuck in the UK with no immediate family or anyone outside the religion, and JWs giving her shit if she tried to leave him or tried to leave the religion with him, I might understand how she would feel trapped and had no place to go.

  But she's back home, with mommy and daddy and other relatives. She could probably even get the authorities involved if she knew he was dallying with prostitutes. Plus she has two young girls to think about.

  So something is definitely off with her.

  I just remembered, Haeck was in the video Lard Ass did when he took Crisis of Conscience and slapped his website logo on the back, grinning right along with him.

  Sorry but I have no sympathy for these trolls who might suddenly be realizing that they've been taken for a ride by this fat ass. He and Redwood and Richard Kelly and the rest knew Lloyd was a bully to everyone in the community, knew he stole CoC, that he shit all over the protests (even those that led to the special on that Canadian channel)... the list goes on. They either joined in (like Haeck squashing that story) or turned a blind eye.

  Haeck is also the one who squashed that story that Marc Latham gave to that journalist, going behind Marc's back to get the journalist to talk to Lloyd only. I remember he said some really shitty stuff about Marc being overly emotional or some crap and the reporter dropped the story.

  November 26, 2021, he peaked at 897 patreons. In those two years and a few extra weeks he's at 383, losing 514 or about 57% of his supporters (and counting). It's shameful that anyone still supports him but those are not insignificant numbers, especially to a lard ass who we know keeps score about everything. He's also completely out of the loop about current legal cases and is scrambling around for crumbs of topics to discuss.

  I just tried to listen to a few of his videos and they're awful. He's slow, monotonous, rambles on without any clear direction, etc. Sometimes there are good reasons why people don't follow a channel!

  Yeah, if this is what Lloyd is doing now it just shows how far he's sunk. Plus he's gone on about his atheism for so long but now he needs to turn to no-name Christian channels for interviews. Loser.

  We need a new long-term betting pool for which of these we agree with and which ones Watchtower actually abandons. Like the Patreoff but for the next several years. See how Lloyd does in predicting the future.

  I'm thinking maybe the women and pants thing but come on... paring down assemblines and conventions I could see but they need in-person meetings to justify their slave labor building tax-free properties to flip, and to ensure people are afraid of the elders breathing down their neck for every little thing. Higher education risks cracking open a book or hearing from a classmate how BS their beliefs are. People might also find a job they're semi-happy with and if you're not miserable in this world, why slave away for someone promising you paradise? If they take away shunning, 90% of their members would be out the door tomorrow. They've also already all but abandoned 1914.
