What are your worst fears Lloyd, becoming irrelevant? Already there. Your posts maybe get a few pathetic likes and comments. That twitter becomes a playground for bullies and people with no moral compass? Then why the hell would you leave?
I'm thinking he's not only virtue signaling but readying an excuse to leave because he's embarrassed and realizes he's defeated. He's not leaving because no one is listening to him anymore and he's a complete laughingstock to the community with his disastrous livestream and failed lawsuit, and hasn't been able to bounce back like he expected; of course not. He's leaving because he's taking the moral high road against... bots? the world's richest man?

Have you or anyone sent a similar letter as the one you sent to his attorney to Patreon, pointing out that Lloyd admits that his patrons are "the most reliable" part of his salary and that he's using money to visit prostitutes, even in Thailand? I think some people tried to contact Patreon and complain but maybe not with the well-researched facts to back up their statements.

It amuses me that he is so militant atheist and so determined to be right about everything that he will risk ruining the remainder of his following.
That's probably it, this new venture of his has nothing to do with waking up Catholics but he just wants to hear his own voice and remind himself of how right he is in rejecting religion.
As a fellow atheist I will say it's just obnoxious behavior. Definitely call out abusive religious practices but who cares if someone believes in god, worships trees, calls themselves a warlock, or lives in a coven. Considering how stubborn he is with his own opinions, he's not exactly in a position to criticize someone else's.

I don't know his point in debating Catholics, unless he assumes he's gonna wake up a few members and they'll start worshiping him for his wisdom and saving them from the horrors of church.
Whatever his motives, he's barking up the wrong tree. Most Catholics I know couldn't care less if their religion is "right" or worry about debating doctrine, they have the "believe in the lord Jesus and you'll be saved" attitude.
Plus Catholicism is fun for the people I know, they love their Christmas and Easter and big fancy churches. All they need to do is attend mass a few times. One couple I know even does volunteer work through the church.
So Lloyd is thinking he'll save them from that?
And by having a debate over praying and creationism? God he is so clueless.

Wife is next to me on the couch while I'm on my laptop and she read all that over my shoulder. Her exact words were "Oh hey, okay. Explains things. Now I don't feel bad wondering what the hell was up with him."
Honestly, I don't get how anyone even remotely associated with CSA can overlook a man who makes use of women who were, in all likelihood, victims of the same shit. Hypocrites.

I would think this is huge. It's Norway, not a dictatorship where you expect this kind of thing or tiny country no one can find on a map.
Yet, not a peep about it from Lloyd. Apparently if it doesn't involve him or bring him some kind of glory, he just doesn't care?
Or maybe he's blocked so many people that he doesn't even know.

It is necessary to realize that when an 'important' person misbehaves, he is actually hurting the cause.
That's exactly one of his hypocrisies, back when he was calling protestors and anyone who disagreed with him "regressive activists" and said that they were "setting the movement backward."
I can't think of anyone I've come across in the past few years who has done more damage to any xJW "movement" than him.

Karen Morgan is a CSA victim, her case was pretty horrific so I won't go into details. Dave Gracey's daughter or stepdaughter, can't remember which, was also a CSA victim, also pretty horrific details.
Wife is on twitter and was mentioning that they've been pretty supportive of Lloyd throughout this, she saw where Dave said something about people being critical of Lloyd and that he didn't want an xJW "civil war."

It's already been said but that might be about the time he started to realize that his patrons aren't coming back. Chances are when he lost supporters, he assumed he'd find new people ready to throw their weight behind him because he's just that important, and they would see it his way when it comes to where he parks his dick and how he's the victim in everything.
But, not only has he been deserted by anyone that matters but he can't even find a YouTuber with more than a few thousand subscribers to give him the time of day.
He might also be realizing that his remaining supporters can do nothing for him... people like Karen Morgan and Dave Gracey, no disrespect for what they've been through but they don't bring anything to Lloyd's table. O'Donnell gave him news and stories, filmmakers gave him a chance to be on camera, reporters gave him room in their stories, etc.
I would bet he's actually resentful that they can do nothing for him but talk on twitter, and twitter doesn't put money in your pocket. I wouldn't doubt if one day he lashes out at them as well.
