  Another trinity thing

  i have gone through the ones on here, i have read so much about it and everyone seems to have a different idea as to what the creed actually came up with in the sense of explaining it, religious leaders from most denominations seem to try to explain it and are all different, it does your head in just trying to read half their stuff.

  when i was going door to door, i knew how to argue against it, but now trying to learn about it.. i was reading an article of the net about this and how christ emptied himself of all deity and that, but with all the statements made and arguments to and for it, one question was brought up.

  when jesus was asked by his disciples about the time of the end, jesus replied neither i nor the angels know the hour, only the father.

  The post from the Searcher are the scriptures i was taught about to debunk the trinity, i was reading about the coming together of those to discuss who Jesus was in relation to worship, it is a man made creed, it is so frustrating as there are scriptures that talk about the deity of Christ. I know it also says that the father has given the son all authority in the Heavens and Earth and that the angels are to worship him and every knee will bend. So i guess it is a given that we will never know, it is interesting tho cause some will say that it is important to know the trinity so as to have your worship in union with the true God and only then can you be saved by knowing the truin God. Just another doctrine i was taught by the JWa that i am trying to make sense of it all

  in his final talk he mentioned that at the fight of armageddon jesus will fight together with the 144 000. he then reminds the audience that one angel destroyed 185000 assyrians.

  so what are "144 000 immortal creatures together with jesus going to do".

  Thanks for those, ill see if i can get them, the funny thing was when i got their interlinear Bible i was able to reference it with my Greens Interlinear Bible, and i saw all the changes they made through their Bible, i sat in in the KH a few times thinking i should stand up and tell em every-time they quoted from theirs.

  I have actually gone through the book of Enoch, but it was some time ago so ill have to look at it again, With the creed i have browsed through it but i got lost in it, i dont get visited by them anymore as they think i am still an interested member of the their KH tho i am inactive, i am fading again. but this time it is for good, so i don't have to worry about the debating thing, but thanks for the link ill look at it again

  hoping this is the right section..... my story so far,,,.

  hello everyone, i have been reading a lot on what most jws would say apostate websites, but i have been asking myself, how much of this s true and considering a lot of these are run by ex jw elders, bethalites and one who was with the gb at one stage, overseers and the like.

  i was an unbaptized publisher many years ago but never got to the point of baptism as i fell into sin, that pretty much ended my attending meetings again.

  Yeah i have often and still do think about these things, i am convinced they do not have the truth, i have been looking deep into their history,, looking up their translations, Hebrew and Greek and how they change everything, so as for as i am concerned, i am free from them now, i can spend my time looking at other thing rather than worry about the crap they told me.
