Ok Morpheus that’s fair. In the context of our initial bethel discussion, I did not know that’s where you were going.
That’s why I said that those thinking these moves they made indicates a financial collapse were dreaming. Now i wouldn’t go as far and say the previous business model made no sense because from 2001-2012, they were doing well, but made changes from 2013-17. I’d say these changes simply allow them to withstand economic collapses and political upheavals.

You have not proved that these alleged “financial troubles” even exists, so you are just buttressing your allegations with the excuse that it will be a “decades long” process.
And please, save the closing of branches talk and reduction in printing as evidence, because a new HQ was built from ground up and the organization has be digitally overhauled (a massive expenditure).
No, it does not take an unspecified amount of “decades” for a financially crumbling institution to fall. If it lasts “decades” more then it’s doing pretty well NOW.
Apathy will kill jws far faster than negative media. Why? Because they expect negative media. They expect people to tell lies. They know they are widely unpopular and disliked regardless of the accusation. If anything, negative media just affirms what they come to expect.
You would have to get them to stop caring. Best of luck there!

Please, bethelites were well aware and accepted the fact that the organization uses them at their discretion. That being said, they are sent out and recalled to bethel when needed.
In other words, the organization reserves the right to keep them there or not.

Trust me, 4000 dollars a day is coffee money.
They probably cut their printing budget in half, don’t have the expensive buildings in NY to mainatain, and have already finished building Warwick.

It’s high time for you to stop believing everything you read on the Internet.
His comments about more going out then coming in, was in reference to the projects they have planned, not organizational operating expenses.
Any organization with half a brain establishes budgets for certain aspects of it. If funds allocated for project X are running low, they do a fundraiser. That broadcast was basically a Fundraiser for the slate of projects they have planned.
Also, the reduction in printing, naturally result in a reduction in personnel.
This is really simple stuff.
