Well I've still got a comments box.
For now...... ;)
just a heads-up that i will be testing some updates this evening.. the nature of the changes means it's difficult to test every scenario in advance offline (translation: it's a lot more effort and i just can't be bothered) so i'm going to go with the "wing-it" approach:.
deploy, check for errors, try to fix errors before anyone else notices them.. i can switch between the new and old version pretty quickly so if there are significant issues, i'll rollback and revert the changes while i work on the fixes.
worse case is the pages won't display quite right (dates might be a giveaway) but a full page refresh should fix things.. http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/.

i'm not really sure what this charity 250 index is trying to do.
partly because i'd expect a few big household name charities to be on it at the top.
i've copied the table below - see positions 19 (up from 70) and 130 (up from 202).
My JW Family: Look at that chart - truly evidence that jehovah is blessing us.
Me: It's evidence that he's blessing the mormons more.
:D
there is no way in hell that these brainwashed fools will cease making nukes.
their doctrines are based on "death to america"..."never surrender" they are much more messed up then iran!
war will be the final solution..
It will never be a ground war - if anything it will be an air strike against his s missile bases.
I do agree though. MAD, for all its, err, madness, has kept the world relatively stable for the last 60 years.
The trouble is, KJI is not predictable in the way the Russians were. Him launching a preemptive nuclear strike is perhaps a leap too far but it can't be dismissed.
i heard this on the youtube channel - bad jw round table discussions and i normally don't give much thought to rumours, i did find this one interesting.one of the guys on the channel said that there are plans that 'the other sheep' will be told not to attend any future memorials.he was asked how credible was this and he said that it is talk going around by those in the know, just like there had been those that knew about the fairly recent new edition of the bible being in production.even if this is probably just a rumour, the idea has a lot of merit.
the benefits for the organization outweigh the negatives and would fit in with their current direction.here are some of the benefits, for the org.
that could come from it- the biggest benefit would come from not having to accommodate so many attendants, which are more than double a normal meeting.
With the increase in the number of those partaking over the last few years there'll be no room for the great crowd anyway!

accidently hit a "like button" instead of "Dislike" and I can't change it. Is there a way that can be fixed?
You'll not sleep tonight now will you! :D

Yeah - no comment box in iOS (iPad/iPhone) or FF or IE 11 on PC. Login box also intermittent in FF.
what follows below is a facebook messenger conversation with my sister last night.
i was surprised she messaged me.
i think it's because the cart witnesses i spoke to in my previous post in her kh must have mentioned that they met me.. i screen shot the messages but they've come out all wonky so please bare with me.. notice how she defends the cult even over the blatant wrong doings i refer to.. .
I'd have shunned her for her spelling and grammar alone!

Well it appears Tricia Franglnha needs to learn to read.

It's not a lawsuit - it's a fishing excercise by a firm of solicitors to see what's out there.
just passing this on.
it doesn't seem to have been posted here yet.. it's from the website of the daily express.
a 'mid-market' uk tabloid newspaper.
Everyone (in the U.K. anyway) has a right to an appropriate treatment. That treatment sometimes has to accommodate various religious beliefs. If, and it sounds as though they could have done in this case, the beliefs can be accommodated then they should take measures to treat that person safely within their wishes.
The judge thought so anyway after looking at the evidence.
