lately, i notice quite a few comments of disillusionment.
some say they are no longer religious.
others say they are not sure if god really exists.others are trying to come to terms with life outside of the watchtower.
"jehovah" is a WORD invented by a catholic priest in 1270. It IS NOT a translation of the tetragrammaton. IT IS
an accepted man made tradition that was derived at by concoction.
Jehovah = pedophilia
Catholic = pedophilia
Funny how the concocter and the acceptor of the concoction BOTH have a pedophilia problem.
Maybe Jehovah is the god of pedophilia...maybe.

i have always wonderd why so many people think jesus died on a cross.
ive been brought up to beleive that he died on a stake.

The OT covered EVERYTHING about Christ's life including what position his
body would be in when he was executed. It is important and it is in the Bible.
Moses life being an image and likeness of Christ's life is very well known. If you examine
Moses closely, you will see how Christ would die. Look here:
Ex 17:10-1310 So Joshua fought the Amalekites as Moses had ordered, and Moses, Aaron and Hur went to the top of the hill. 11 As long as Moses held up his hands, the Israelites were winning, but whenever he lowered his hands, the Amalekites were winning. 12 When Moses' hands grew tired, they took a stone and put it under him and he sat on it. Aaron and Hur held his hands up--one on one side, one on the other--so that his hands remained steady till sunset. 13 So Joshua overcame the Amalekite army with the sword.
Moses hands were upheld (by two men Aaron and Hur) ON EACH SIDE (not over his head), TILL SUNSET.
So it was with Christ:
Christ's hands were upheld (by two nails) ON EACH SIDE, TILL SUNSET.

personally, i do not believe god ever has or ever will exist.
i have my reasons -- i guess i could be considered an agnostic, rather than an athiest.
i was curious to see what the larger part of the former borg community believed, now looking from the outside in, rather than the opposite.

it is not a difficult thing to do to criticize wts literature, however i found this comment in a recent wt very enlightening as it seems to explain the unscholarly nature of much of what they produce.
it also is an object lesson on how to manipulate a conditioned group of people by the use of 'trigger words'.
i have highlighted these expressions, which are deliberately used by writing, as we have previously discussed to 'encourage' the readers to adopt a patently flawed line of reasoning.
You do know WHY they say that right? Because if someone starts doing Hebrew and Greek word studies on their own,
will find that the JW's have been FUDGING with the words.
It makes me wanna SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!
