  The U.S. Supreme Court in the landmark case of Pollock v. Farmers Loan and Trust, 157 U.S. 429 (1895) eloquenty expressed what happens when the government becomes a robinhood and tries to promote equality of result [Money] rather than equality of opportunity. We end up with class warfare in society done using the force of law and a mobocracy mentality:

  The present assault upon capital is but the beginning.   The legislation, in the discrimination it makes, is class legislation. Whenever a distinction is made in the burdens a law imposes or in the benefits it confers on any citizens by reason of their birth, or wealth, or religion, it is class legislation, and leads inevitably to oppression and abuses, and to general unrest and disturbance in society.

  Not only are the Elite government officials and bankers WITH FULL INTENTION screwing down the lowly hard bit by bit, so are those in corporate Amerika.

  The drug companies are KILLING the elderly and the poverty stricken by UNMERCIFULLY and artificially jacked up prescription drug prices...it is well known that many elderly and poor cannot even buy FOOD and miss EATING in order to buy prescription drugs whose pricing is unconscionable AND YOUR GOVERNMENT LEADERS SIT BY AND WATCH the pilfering and pocket the windfalls.

  Getting rid of all Taxes is STUPID

  As usual, 151 twists and concocts something I said into oblivion.

  I NEVER said ONCE to get rid of ALL taxes OR not to pay taxes. I have exposed that the American people are OVER TAXED for the GREED of the Elitists of government and THE BANKERS of the WORLD, and there is NOTHING they can do about it.

  Presently, the tax on a US citizen's income is approximately 65%. Estimates are for it to be 85% within the next decade if not sooner. And it HAS TO BE SO, because the monetary system is based on DEBT and USURY (Interest)...those TWO in combination are the epitome' of a system built on CONSUMING GREED with PEOPLE AT THE TOP controlling it.

  Am I here to say don't pay taxes? NOPE. Jesus PLAINLY taught to render Ceasar his due, of which I accept and practice...All I'm doing is EXPOSING the LIES, the CORRUPTION and the FACADE that you all are living in.

  freedom96, why is it YOU have all those wonderful things? Have you considered those in a DECLINING standard of living called POVERTY and BELOW? Which gets BIGGER AND BIGGER every year? While the MIDDLE class gets one of TWO things...lured to the top, accepting corruption, or pushed into POVERTY to die penniless...

  Senate Document 43, "Contracts payable in Gold" written in 1933:

  "The ultimate ownership of all property is in the State; individual so-called ownership is only by virtue of government, i.e., law, amounting to mere user; and use must be in accordance with law and subordinate to the necessities of the State."

  This LAW is binding -- and still in force and in effect today. The above IS NOT FREEDOM. It is FREEDUMB.

  The First Amendment was designed to allow rebellion to remain as our Heritage. The Constitution was designed to keep the government off the backs of the people. The Bill of Rights was added to keep the precincts of belief and expression, of the press, of political and social activities free from surveillance. The Bill of Rights was designed to keep agents of government and official eavesdroppers away from Assemblies of People. The aim was to allow men to be free and independent to assert their rights against government. Laird v. Tatum, 408 U.S. 1; 92 S.Ct. 2318 (1972)

  The above case was built around government surveillance. What's one OTHER sure way that the US GOVERNMENT has PROVEN ITSLEF to be on the backs of the people?

  TAXATION. Presently, we are HEAVILY taxed by the US government that exists. The future is clear that this HEAVY TAXATION is only going to get worse because of the way the SYSTEM has been PURPOSELY DESIGNED and built.

  So if the people, after years and years of PLEADING FOR RELEASE of the burden with a government that has PROVEN ITSELF to be on the backs of the people, a people who are supposedly FREE and INDEPENDENT as DECLARED by the Declaration of Independence, a FREE people of whom the GOVERNMENT HAS CAST BURDEN of heavy FRAUDULENT tariffs, the first amendment RIGHT of the people is to rebel against said government. The big word for it?

  INSERRECTON. Now, your rights are VERY CLEAR under the first amendment. But guess what? Read the following:

  10 U.S.C. 331:

  "Whenever there is an insurrection in any State against its government, the President may, upon the request of its legislature or of its governor if the legislature cannot be convened, call into Federal service such of the militia of the other States, in the number requested by that State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to suppress the insurrection."

  10 U.S.C. 332:

  "Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States, make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State or Territory by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion." [408 U.S. 1, 30]

  Yep. You have the RIGHT to rebel against the government on YOUR BACK, but try it...and you'll have the US MILITIA up your nose with guns. BIG GUNS. Bigger guns than than ones a free man has the right to bear. Free and Independent men in America is the BIGGEST LIE GOING.

  The Land of the Free? My shiney butt. This is one lie "Free men" can NEVER be released from.

  Army's School of the Americas

  on the weekend was the 13th annual protest at this military training school at fort benning, ga. approximately 6,500 demonstrated the killings of 6 jesuit priests in el salvador in 1989, by soldiers who had trained there.

  more than 90 people were arrested, including 6 nuns, for entering on base property.

  the army's school of the americas has been renamed since last year to the western hemisphere insitute for security cooperation.

  If any of you folks want some real answers for a lot of the whole world's plights, try studying/examining money, banking and international banking. Especially, the money system the USA has been built upon after the gold standard was fraudulently taken away by Congress.
