They didn't ask nicely though, that's the point. All this "they seem nice to me" is BS because what they actually did shows they were not intending to be nice. So they get the response it warrants.

Maybe you missed the part where I called her a child during that heated exchange. Yes, at that moment I was having none of her attitude. It wasn't until multiple texts on Twitter that we both came to an understanding and now I feel like we have respect for each other.

Simon, I get your point, this is your online home and being respectful is your number one policy. Taylor was not at all respectful that day, even Taylor agrees with that now. Sometimes a second chance is warranted.

People are free to see themselves a certain way; what they're not free to do, however, is force everybody else to view them as they view themselves.

Lloyd Evans self-identifies has morally upright, therefore we all have to see him that way or we're a bunch of bigots!

I SUPPOSE IT IS TIME FOR A GRAMMAR LESSON. Jesus H Christ, it is a f-ing pronoun. It means everything to Taylor and as long as she asks nicely, then what is the big deal? My issue with Taylor was coming in here and demanding respect instead of earning it. After taking the chance to get to know her a little better, she now has my respect. As for your examples of identifying as gorgeous and Lloyd Evans if he were to self identify as morally upright, that is an adjective. Although I am sure Lloyd Evans would like to be thought of as anything but a jerk, however an adjective describes both nouns and pronouns. So I can say correctly say that Lloyd Evans is a jerk and he will probably always be a jerk. I can also correctly say that Taylor's personal pronouns are she and her, because it helps her feel comfortable about herself.

Does it cost you anything to modify a pronoun? Have you lost anything by doing so? Taylor for personal reasons wants to be thought of as female. It is something she has worked on for years. Maybe if this was something she had done flippantly I would dismiss it too, but in Taylor's case it is her identity.

I hope to make this my last post regarding Taylor as this thread is about Lloyd. I see his Patreon numbers are still slowly going down. My guess is those who are morally outraged are now out, so we are down to those who will drop out due to quality of content. I am disappointed as I expected more to care about the sexually abused.

Vintage, that is a great find. I had no idea there was a Croatian consulate in Houston Texas. I wonder why. If there were one in the Baltimore / Washington DC area that would be one thing. I almost wish I lived in the area just to see what trouble I could make for Lloyd at the consulate's office.

I don't have a problem calling someone by a preferred pronoun, it does not change my life in any way. In my conversation today on Twitter with Taylor I did and will continue to point out that demanding respect never gets anyone anywhere. Respect is always earned usually by showing compassion.

In the event Taylor is still reading this thread, she and I have hopefully reached an understanding of each other and I apologize for being crass. Sometimes it is easy to be a "keyboard warrior" when a little understanding would go a long way. Hopefully she can recognize the same.

She wants the attention for being trans. In fact that's all people ever really know about her which is sad in itself. I'd like to see her go through one livestream and focus on subjects people really care about - and that doesn't include her sexuality.

I didn't know that Taylor did any livestreams, but you are exactly right. I know nothing about this person based on Twitter other than this person demanding respect for being trans. As if being trans is a virtue.

Now back to Lloyd Evans news. I saw this and thought of Lloyd. Here we have a UK man that gets "super gonorrhea" from a prostitute in Cambodia. If I were Lloyd, I would find a new hobby.

I noticed that. It seems if you dare to criticize a trans person online at all, that automatically makes you a transphobe. It reminds me of back when I was a JW someone made the mistake of using the phrase "you all" when speaking to a black family. Who knew that "you all" meant anything cruel?

Regarding some of the others, there is much distrust among the vloggers and the commenters. Thanks James Lloyd Evans for your toxic behavior and sowing the mistrust. Might as well add that to the list of why I think Lloyd is Watchtower controlled opposition.

I have already spoken about Mark O'Donnell and I have nothing new to add to that, so I will repost it. Mark O'Donnell is a bit of an enigma. The warning signs regarding Lloyd Evans/John Cedars were there for years, but he ignored them. He never gave me a good reason why. All he could tell me was Lloyd had a big audience and Mark took advantage of that audience. I wish Mark all the best and I admire what he does, but I do not fully trust him and don't suggest that anybody else should either. Maybe it is because I am suspicious of anybody with that "elder" mentality.

As for Cappytan / Sean, the guy seems pretty cool. Somehow he got mixed up in all of this when Lloyd sent him an extortion letter and I am not sure why. I found it amusing in the leaked private message of how afraid of the "Marko" stuff he is. As I said on Twitter, Tom, Joel, Cora, Marc, Mike and Kim have been far more credible over the past six months than Lloyd. I find the "Marko" stuff to be credible enough to be suspicious. Is it true? Don't know. Lloyd is disgusting enough based on what he admitted to. The UK police can decide if there is anything there or not.

Finally someone I have not spoken about, Altworldly / Jake. Each person decides for themselves what kind of life they want. Maybe you see where Lloyd has failed and you want to capture that audience for yourself. Take a minute and look at Lloyd, is that really the life you want for yourself? Doing videos that have a similar theme to his might put you on the same life trajectory. I don't think it is a good idea to consume Watchtower's video propaganda and try to make rebuttal videos to them. That stuff is toxic to watch and it messes with your mind and judgement. The most accurate thing Joseph Rutherford ever said is, "religion is a snare and a racket."

Now I am going to give myself some advise. I was all set to retire from JW activism right before the Lloyd Evans news broke. If it wasn't for the fact that Lloyd tried to steal the copyrights to Crisis of Conscience by Raymond Franz, I really wouldn't have put in the hours on Lloyd. Ray Franz was a hero to many and I wish I could have gotten to know him. Ray Franz was one of those kind souls that did his best to never harm anyone. There will never be another like him. Ray would be shocked for a man like Lloyd to come along and soil his work. My focus in this Lloyd stuff is to keep reminding people and myself to be more like Ray and less like Lloyd.
