I think he's making statements about legal action in the hopes of getting people to stop talking about his situation, both the parts that are known for sure and the parts that are speculation or not corroborated (yet?). He might be creating a version of the Streisand Effect, where your efforts to stop people from talking about something end up drawing even more attention to it.

Lloyd would have to find "Marko" and win that lawsuit long before taking on any YouTube content providers or the comments like here, Twitter, YouTube, and Reddit. In order to prove defamation, his lawyers would have to prove that anybody knowingly said something that is false. Libel laws have standards that must be met in order for lawsuits to be successful in court. Saying there is somebody that calls himself "Marko" claiming rather shocking information is not defamation. Plus if he were to go after anybody, he would be forced to show that his past is clean. He has already admitted most of Kim Silvio's statements are facts. Does he really want people to know the full story? Assuming there is more to be known. Then there is the problem that he is in Croatia and most of us are not. Good luck enforcing any judgements from way over there. The lawyer fees alone would bankrupt him.

1.Dijana is saying the screenshots are false.

This was not all that surprising. It would have been a surprise if she had said if they are real. It is no telling if she is being honest or not since she is living with Lloyd. At the moment Dijana has more credibility than Lloyd, so there is that.

2. Kim talks about what's going on with Dijana and Lloyd. He's an emotionally abusive A-hole. Apparently she was in pieces. When Lloyd went online and said he needs a break because "things aren't working out for him" it was basically a tantrum because Dijana had said "no more. It's not ok for you to be visiting prostitutes all the time" so...... he went to Thailand to try and stop his sex worker addiction!!😳As a FU to Dijana. He said to Kim "she doesn't even know what a massage parlour is!".
Dijana was left alone with the kids in bits.....all the time he's tweeting what a beautiful view etc and how he needs a mental health break .....it was all a lie. Oh....and her therapist thinks he's in an emotionally controlling, abusive relationship.

This was not a new revelation either. The one question on my mind is still, why has Dijana let Lloyd live with her and her parents? Behavior like this would not be okay in my home.

I am going to have to agree with slimboyfat here. "Marko" needs to make himself known or this simply doesn't look good. Don't take this the wrong way, but it would be nice to move beyond the "trust me he's real" stage.

What have we learned from the pandemic? Here is my opinion. And for a disclaimer before I get to it, I got the first two Pfizer shots, I won't be getting any boosters. Consult your doctor and I am not giving medical advise.

Here is what we have learned. Governments across the planet have covered up the origins of the virus. Is there any credible doubt that it didn't come from a Chinese lab where it was deliberately made? Have many people have died due to complications from the virus? Yes it is real. Is this virus the end-all be-all that it was billed to be? No. Have governments (looking at you Canada) used this as an opportunity to exercise power over people that they have given themselves? Oh yes they have. Do masks work? Not at all. Do lock downs work? None of them have. Was this a test run for something even more devastating like "build back better" initiatives? Probably.

I can't help but think this whole thing became about population control.

I think evidence that things have jumped the shark is trying to make out that a guy buying some bottles of liquor is a massive scandal, even giving it the "...gate" suffix. It's simply laughably pathetic and immature to think it's any kind of smoking gun of anything. Maybe if the WTS had a prohibition against buying any kind of alcohol, it might be, but they don't, so there's not really any story.

Sure it was interesting seeing Tony Morris buy that much expensive alcohol. However, Morris buying alcohol is never going to be a reason for people to abandon Watchtower. Lloyd played it up as if that was going to be the next Australian Royal Commission. The testimony by Geoffrey Jackson where he said it would be presumptuous to think Watchtower is the only spokespeople for God is going to cause people to leave Watchtower. Buying $800 in alcohol is not.

Although there are people who will watch an entire 2 plus hour-long rebuttal by Lloyd. How dull one's life must be that such videos pass for entertainment. It was torture to watch the 90 minute confession video.

He just can’t move on can he. He will NEED the WT for the rest of his life, he can’t survive without them. It’s so fucking sad when you think about it. The WT has Lloyd trapped in a weird merry go round scenario that never ends.

I have never read the book Moby Dick, but Lloyd is Captain Ahab to Watchtower's white whale.

Regarding Lloyd suing every xjw that speaks against him, I am sure he will attempt this with the YouTube channels and whomever Marko is first. That alone is going to take months if not years. The discovery process alone is going to be a long one. Plus wouldn't he have to sue each person where they live? If he won a judgement against me in Croatia, good luck enforcing it in the USA.

I looked at your link. Why is Dijana still with Lloyd? That is the one thing that bothers me very much. Even if this 14 year-old stuff isn't true, Lloyd admitted to hiring prostitutes frequently, oops I mean every 2 to 3 months for a period of 3 to 4 years.

I watched some youtube that contained a letter read from mark or marko. This is what doesn't make sense to me. Marko was all about turning LE in years ago. Then he "forgot." Then accidently found copies of chat on old computer. Nobody forgets an incident like that, and with a family member? I'm not saying it isn't real or he isn't real. Just the story as he told it is dodgy to me.

The files were on his wife's computer and "Marko" was unaware. After recovering the hard drive due to Lloyd's confession video, "Marko" got them to the right people, according to Mike and Kim. That doesn't seem too dodgy to me. I have flash drives that I have forgotten what is on them. One of these days I will go back through them and see what is there. Right now, that is not a high priority.
