Defendants don't have to prove anything. It is up to the Plaintiff in a libel and defamation case to prove damages and prove that Kim and Mikey knew the information they were given is false. It will be a giant waste of money and time for Lloyd to pursue. Lloyd also suggested some sort of criminal complaint. Again, based on what? It is not a crime to hand over evidence to the police and ask for them to investigate. There is no such thing as a thought crime.

3. If those statements prove to be FALSE, I personally would NOT want to be Mike and Kim. Think he can't sic lawyers on you from afar? You're mistaken. Now, if ya got some REAL evidence to back up those claims beyond emails from some mysterious foreign figure? Better bring it to the table, cause it doesn't look like Lloyd's going anywhere.

Libel and defamation will be hard to prove without Lloyd first finding and winning a lawsuit against "Marko." Sure Lloyd can take anybody to court if he wants, but without evidence that Kim and Mike know their 78 pages of dialog is falsified, the case would be dismissed.

What we can say for certain is that if you are not seeing the ads being served on a video, the YouTuber who is responsible for that video is not getting any money from those ads.

There are now two different stories about what Marko claims LE did.
In 2017 it was a case of him jacking off to a 14 year old in his congregation through cybersexting and his wife caught him out through his phone.
This Marko now claims (through providing a chat transcript) that LE met a 14 y/'old girl on a dating site and met her in a car park.
They are two very different accusations and doesn't make Marko look credible.
Now Marko has disappeared from social media once again.
If I was in contact with Marko I would want to know why there is this whopping discrepency.

"Marko" could be an invention of someone within the LE house. This very well could have been a publicity stunt gone bad.

Well I aint clicking into him - not giving him the satisfaction of the view. If anyone wants to take one for the team and upload a rebuttal to his video though, I'll watch that. I would rather give someone else a view than him.

Use an ad blocker and LE makes no money.

Seems to me like Dijana and Lloyd will now just be focused on collecting as much money as they can. Who cares about hookers if your husband is bringing in countless thousands per month and you can travel the world takng luxury vacations whenever you want?

My thoughts exactly. Both of them played us for fools and I am done with this publicity stunt. They deserve each other.

In a Tweet that I can no longer find, Kim Silvio said she did a quick video chat with Dijana to confirm the new Twitter account is in fact Dijana. About 10 hours after that tweet, Kim Silvio said she is 100% done with all of this as both sides are playing her for a fool. Obviously she doesn't like being told she is the enemy until she is needed and who can blame her.

Something odd is going on in the JLE house. Somebody pumped Kim and Mikey with info for 7 years that knows the inner dealings within that house. Until shown otherwise, my belief is "Marko" lives in that house and has been playing us for fools.

SBF, did you make a deal with Watchtower upon exiting the religion? Are you calling my relative a liar when he said all Millerite religions have Freemason roots? Are you profiting off of your "activism" against Watchtower and trying to build a celebrity status? Have you tried to pirate Ray Franz's book? Is your Watchtower library behind glass with dehumidifiers to preserve the books for as long as you can?

I have a large Watchtower library too, you will find it somewhere in the bottom of my local landfill where it belongs.

I don't care how unpopular what I just said above might be. I am only expressing how I feel. Since none of us have all of the puzzle pieces, what kind of picture can I make with the pieces I'm given? I see a person in Lloyd that has used this community for his own benefit. Dijana has also used us (and certainly Kim Silvio) in her own way. First she wanted Kim's sympathy, then she wanted the world to know she disliked Kim, and then today, asked Kim to tell everyone that the new Twitter account was in fact Dijana. Kim said on Twitter that they spoke in person and now feels played for a fool. Watchtower must be jumping for joy over what has happened and I have reached the conclusion that nothing makes sense any other way. It matters not one bit to me if I am the only one that feels like this entire family has played all of us for fools. Until proven otherwise as far as I'm concerned "Marko" is one of the four adults living above Lloyd's "bunker."
