Still a Bible believer but I go to many backgrounds for study in my personal faith such as atheists and Torah followers to name a couple.
It is good to get a perspective from many places. It is far better than Watchtower's "our way or else" approach.

Sad part is Loyd was what got me going on the path I'm on now.
I am glad you found some of his stuff useful, but don't forget to give yourself some credit. There are many ways out of Watchtower and it usually comes down to desire to know more. Truth will always stand up to attacks. Watchtower lacks that truth which is why they always have to invent "new light."
It is a shame Lloyd Evans just isn't a better man.

It is not a good idea to video any of these refugees' faces. No doubt Russian intelligence is looking for specific people and their families. Although this would amount to needles in haystacks, and the majority of these people are of no interest to Russia, it would still be a good practice to censor the video. Sometimes the needle is found, especially with today's technology.
I am glad Lloyd Evans got a van load of people from the Ukraine border. I just wish he would have done it without recording it. A quick mention on Twitter would have been okay, but a monetized video is unsettling.

Here is something Lloyd Evans wrote. Notice how he mentions getting "butterflies" while meeting younger women in Texas. Lloyd has since maintained nothing happened while he was in Texas at the atheist convention.
i can see it that watchtower will become an online/tv based group with just con-vention hall$.. field service would be letter writing and phone preaching, door to door is done.. watchtower will have pay to view programs and still ask for donations after all that.. zoom meetings are here to stay.
kingdumb halls will be sold off except for con-vention venues, or need for new ones$.. df'ing will continue.

All I know is with gas prices going to be 6 dollars a gallon it does not Bode well for those now driving 30 miles to the k.h.
I will give you an example. There was a Kingdom Hall my dad helped build in Eureka Kansas that Watchtower sold to the Masonic Lodge a few years ago. Whatever is left of that congregation now has to drive a minimum of 45 minutes to the nearest Kingdom Hall in El Dorado Kansas. Watchtower used to do well in small communities, but that is no longer the case and low population counties like that can't afford to drive multiple times per week to meetings. Whatever JWs out there would be forced to use online alternatives for meetings, assuming their internet connection is good enough.

Well there you go, Lloyd is bringing up pedophilia when nobody is talking about it. Why would he randomly do that? Both "Mome" and Sarah were talking about his priorities and "work." Sounds like a potentially guilty conscience to me.
Not only did Lloyd lose Sarah's support, "Mome" got to see how insane Lloyd gets.

Unless something was said before this screen shot, notice that the person bringing up pedophilia is Lloyd Evans. Sarah Harris was only talking about Lloyd's priorities seeming off.
Also interesting is how Lloyd tells Sarah how support for him is supposed to work. How dare she have an opinion of Lloyd after he invited all of us to have an opinion about him. Sarah is right, he is completely self-absorbed to the point he lashes out at general advice. Sarah did not insult Lloyd, in fact she was likely a patron along with paying to fund one of his books. My guess is she will no longer be doing either.
Good job Lloyd, at least you told her "how it works."
