  i have not turned in a single field service report this year.

  i decided not to, after noticing the simple flaw in the calculation of 1914. the implications are huge, i.e the appointment of the fds is a fraud.

  i some days ago informed them of the private watchtower documents that are in my possession courtesy of the royal commission.

  If you tell them you want your own witness to the meeting and will be recording it

  I said something similar many years ago. I informed them that everything said would be recorded. They, of course, got very nervous and told me that no recordings were to be made. I told then they should try to stop angels in heaven, Jesus, and God himself from "recording" what they said. They adjourned the meeting until a "later date."

  Little did they know that there was also the small pocket recorder on my person. (Was that spiritual warfare?)

  pray for brother jackson of the governing body!.

  in todays news from australia it appears that, despite his previous declination to appear when invited, justice mcclellan from the australian royal commission on child sex abuse will officially summon brother geoffrey jackson to the stand after all.. ..... the commission was due to conclude its hearings into the jehovahs witnesses on wednesday but justice mcclellan said he will now call geoffrey jackson, a senior member of the churchs governing body in new york who is currently in australia, to appear next week.. .

  Not sure it has been said, but surely these guys would embrace the chance to go before governmental authorities in view of what Jesus said.

  "As for you. . . people will deliver you up to local courts, and you will be. . .put on the stand before governors and kings for my sake. . ."

  Why do they feel that if Jesus said this they do not have to go through it?

  Yeah, yeah, I know the answer to that, but. . .

  "even if it's true..." i have seen it said on here a few times in quotes from in family or friends responding the negative things about the org.. i heard it tuesday night again.

  July 19th Watchtower Summary. Insanity

  just got back from the wt study and it overall was just so blindingly biased and leading.. i had to read it from the platform too, i hope they couldn't see the confounded look on my face as i read this craziness out!.

  first we consider the faith of abel, enoch, noah, abraham, isaac and jacob, and moses.. all of these people are held up as sterling examples of blind faith, with the article pointedly saying that their imaginations sustained their faith in gods promises for them.

  no mention anywhere at all that all of these characters saw and talked to angels, spoke to god himself, saw and performed miracles, or any of the other feats experienced by these characters.

  Demoted from elder to MS, anybody ever heard of this?

  so a friend in a nearby hall told me their co came through, and in a hellish week of long meetings and inquisition overhauled the boe.

  only one remains as elder, three were re-appointed as ms, and one, the cobe was deleted entirely.. two new elders were brought in as new secretary and cobe / watchtower conductor, respectively, and introduced to the congregation from the platform on sunday immediately following his second talk.

  he reminded everybody of the authority he has and then named the new appointees.

  Not trying to be argumentative, but there is one small difference that was always trotted out to me in the past between being a MS or an elder. It was the "qualified to teach" line. And I have heard a number of cases in the US mid-western states location where elders were "demoted".

  Just curious though, where was this incident, and what was the (C.O.) Commanding Officers name? If it can be reveled without blowing anyone's cover.

  I noticed how EVERY jdub that commented on this picture said the guy was watching porn. Why are they all so mentally centered on sex? Maybe he was gambling online? Maybe he was setting up his next "business" deal screwing some poor woman out of her life's savings?
