  I’ve seen elders interrupt Zoom conversations where someone was questioning vaccine safety to say that’s not an appropriate conversation in KH breakout rooms. I know people being held back from privileges and baptism unless they turn their cameras on during the meeting. I don’t think that rule is anywhere in the elder’s published guidance, it’s a rule they made up themselves.

  I agree that there are pockets or groups in which elders still have and want total control. But I believe that is not the case world wide. There is definitely a change happening in the organization. For example, on exjw reddit there are literally tons of PIMO elders posting who are confessing that they are trying to wake up as many as possible by making comments that cause questioning in the minds of publishers.

  These same elders admit that they will do everything they can to not pursue judicial discipline on those who walk the thin line of rules. And they will do everything possible to not disfellowship anyone who gets involved in a disfellowshipping offense.

  This change is just the beginning of what is transpiring in the Organization. There are still Old Radical - True Believes jws, who will do anything the GB says whether it makes sense or not. But those types of jws are slowly passing on.

  The organization in times past was 99 percent full blown believers who would not question drinking the Kool-Aid. But those times have changed. Now the organization is a mix of True Believers and PIMOs. Which includes elders.

  The organization is going to continue to free-fall.

  More will wake up, More will leave, more will join the PIMO ranks.

  The GB will continue its fear-mongering of the Last Days.

  But they CAN NEVER GO BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS.

  RTN; Not here. Still following the isolation/mask crap. No get togethers. Any young ones who try to date are watched.

  You're in a pocket of radical jw believers. These are the type of people that would Drink the Kool-aid if the Governing Body told them.

  These are the type of radicals that make life a misery and burden the gullible with all kinds of rules.

  've noticed that JW's who are active on Facebook and Instagram seem to be fairly normal these days, but I just assumed it was because they were more laid back to begin with.I didn't realize it was more than that.

  I think what's happening is that they are transitioning into the REAL WORLD.

  Once these GB members die off, then they will slowly start erasing the idea of the Last days started in 1914.

  Once that's gone, it will become just another Christian religion sect to join the other 40,000 who are also on the sidelines.

  It’s different now.

  What I didn’t even consider is that they haven’t been to a kingdom hall meeting for almost two years. Everything has been Zoom and writing letters.

  There is no doubt in my mind that the elders have lost a lot of control over the publishers.

  The fact that there is no official meetings for field service means that there is no gossip that alerts the elders if someone is doing something bad.

  There is no pressure that someone is not attending meetings or field service

  A lot of the jws are getting married with non- witnessess. Many are doing their own thing and just avoid the elders.

  There was two young baptized jws with their non-jw girlfriends, and no one blinked an eye. Another male baptized jw was there with his new wife who was not a JW. Two teenage jws girls were relating their stories about their non jw boyfriends.

  No one made a fuss about any of this.

  We talked about forbidden things like normal. Guns, politics, movies about magic, sex, violence, etc.

  No one has any idea if someone goes to the hospital and takes blood.

  No one cares that it’s the Last Days and no one brought up the last days. I honestly think they don’t believe anymore. Only the real old ones like 80s and up.

  The organization has lost a LOT of CONTROL.

  I am sure there are still pockets of true believers but I think the whole thing is changing right before our eyes.

  i was curious if anyone had/has any experience with the use of colloidal silver for antibiotic and/or wound healing?

  a health food store clerk recommended this in answer to my question about such.. thank you in advance.. just as a ps, i have heard about the man who turned his skin complexion blue.

  apparently he ingested large amounts and applied it all over himself for an extended period.

  we know there are a few on this forum who think they are, but consider this for a while.

  if you are god, you are omniscient, therefore you have nothing to learn.

Nothing to research, investigate or explore as there is nothing you don’t already know......You are also omnipotent, so nothing you can’t do, nothing challenges you. ...You are also infinite. You had no beginning and will have no end.

  How do you fill an infinite number of years being all knowing, all powerful and all alone? And when you do create someone, unless you create them equally omniscient, you will be infinitely cleverer than them

  I would definitely accept the challenge or gift, whatever you want to call it.

  Right now I'm at a point in life where I literally don't have to work ever again. I have a huge house paid for, a lovely lady, and some kids that are growing up fast.

  I have enough money to do anything I want.

  But you know what I enjoy. Taking a walk around our land with my lady. Seeing the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Watching a sunset with the people I love.

  I do this just about every day and it never gets tiring. My days go by so fast, that it scares me.
  

  I don't have to learn anything new or conquer some stupendous project. I know everything there is to know about making a fine pizza, yet I never get tired of eating Pizza. I never get tired of a medium rare Rib-eye or ice cream.

  Living is a wonderful gift. I've seen 100 year plus old people that can barely walk, can't hear, are almost totally blind----but they don't want to die. They hang on to every precious second of life.

  If by some chance I became God, with all the so called qualities of a God, I could definitely do a better job at creation than the Christian God of the bible.

  I wouldn't create a world were living things have to kill other living things just to survive.

  I wouldn't dangle a carrot of everlasting life on my creation, causing them anxiety and fear. It would just be a gift with no strings attached.

  And I would make sure that all my creation personally, gets an "Owners Manual" on how to live life peacefully and without any fear of dying, thus putting a lid on any false religion from cropping up.

  When I read the bible growing up in a jw family, it always amazed and bewildered me how people could believe that the god of the bible was some person of love and justice. All you have to do is read the bible a few times to see that the God of the bible is just a description of a "Human" with all the qualities that humans possess, like envy, jealousy, anger, not very smart in handling problems.

  Even his power of parting a sea, causing a pestilence, making manna, maneuvering nations to kill one another, is very low imagination of what a God could do.

  The ancient writers didn't have the intelligence or imagination to create a wiser, more powerful, and loving God.

  In today's world, a 10 year old kid could create and write about a more powerful and smarter God.

  i don't know if he was a regular betalite but either way he left and in the interview he says some of the gb are very intelligent.

  the whole thing came across to me as this guy may have just left and is still a little wonky about talking against the gb.

  i don't buy from all i have seen that any of the gb are very intelligent.. [video removed].

  And-----the GB invented Zoom, the internet, and Nuclear weapons.

  And not many people know this, but Neil Armstrong was not the first man to walk on the moon----it was the GB.
