by Mulan ini can't believe i am that old, and i don't feel it at all.
i feel like i am 40..............but wish i looked 40!
hahahhaha.. we are going to las vegas on monday, for my birthday, (our eldest son and his wife are coming too), so hoping i can forget how old i'm getting.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the last time I checked, they don't celebrate Christmas. FWIW, I don't stuff my guts, ever...and I'm not that into receiving gifts. I prefer to give them.

Triathlon results with pictures.
by Princess ina few weeks ago i posted about having some difficulty with my swim training for an upcoming triathlon.
well, i finally was able to overcome it and the swim clicked with me last week.
i was able to swim across the lake and back without panicking twice last week.

How many pounds did you lose after that triathlon?
I never think to wear myself before and after. I doubt I lost a pound. My body likes where it's at and refuses to drop weight, just does the fat/muscle shuffle. S'ok. I'm fine with my body.
LOL @ steroids. Steve and I watched a documentary last week on TLC called "Supersize She". It was about a female bodybuilder going after the Ms Olympia title. She had a total man voice and a huge face along with her freakish muscles and acne. Steroids aren't pretty. It was kind of like watching a car wreck. We couldn't not watch but it was sooo disturbing!
